What To Expect
Bucharest – Peles Castle- Bran Castle- Brasov

On your first day meet with your guide and set out for Romania.
Peles Castle
Your first stop will be at Sinaia where you will stop at the Peles Castle. This 19th century castle was built by the royal family of Romania and it’s still being preserved in the same way it did over a century ago.
Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle)
After Peles Castle head out for Bran castle also known as Dracula’s castle. Inside this 14th century castle you will find out the real story of Vlad Dracula.
Brasov Historical Center
In the afternoon reach Brasov where you will be taking a walking tour to admire the main sights of the city.
Brasov – Sighisoara - Sibiu
Centrul Istoric Sighisoara
Start fresh in the morning after breakfast with your guide and head for your first stop in Sighisoara town. This fairytale city is the place where Vlad Dracula was born. Join our tour guide for a walking tour of the Old Town to find out the history behind Sighisoara.
Sibiu Travel
In the afternoon reach Sibiu where you will take a walking tour of the Old Town. Sibiu is known for being elected the first European Capital of Culture in 2007 from East Europe. Tour the old town with our guide to find out more.
Sibiu – Alba Iulia – Corvin Castle - Timisoara
Cetatea Alba Iulia
Start fresh in the morning and set out for Alba Iulia town. Alba-Iulia has an important cultural role in modern Romania as this is the place where the ancient and medieval history can be observed and also for the fact that this is where our country signed the unification treaty in 1918. Stroll the Old Town section to explore the history of this city.
Castelul Corvinilor
After Alba-Iulia head for Corvin castle. Explore this gothic castle to find it’s history that lays in the walls of this place.
Timisoara Historical Center
In the afternoon reach Timisoara. This bustling city has been awarded European Capital of Culture 2019 due to it’s architecture that shows Turkish influence and massive Austro-Hungarian influence. Stroll the city center for a short walking tour as your guide will introduce you in the local culture.
Timisoara – Arad – Budapest
Filarmonica Arad
Today set out in the morning towards Arad town for a short walking tour. Arad is one of the Transylvanian towns with rich culture, that can be observed through it’s architecture. Stroll the city streets to see City Hall Palace , the Palace of Culture , the neo-gothic and secessionist-style Red Church, the large domed Roman Catholic Church and the neo-classical State Theatre. If time allows it you can have lunch at one of the local restaurants. After Arad set out towards the border between Romania and Hungary and reach Budapest. In the afternoon reach Budapest. End of service.

5.00My family and I went on a tour through Romania and we were lucky enough to have Emmanuel and Eddie as our guides. They were friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the sights and everything we saw. They even went out of their way to reunite us with our extended family and visit the house where my grandpa grew up, a once in a lifetime opportunity were so grateful for. I can only imagine how exhausting it is to be with a group for a week straight, from translating to driving to touring to helping with everything in between. Our trip would not have been a fraction of the invaluable experience and memories we made if it hadn’t been for them. I plan to make another trip back to Romania and when I do I will specifically request them. Do yourself a favor and request them too if you can!

5.00Our family of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed this 4 day tour of Romania. We visited many castles including Peles and Bran Castles. The hotels were very nice and the breakfasts each morning were a great way to start each day. Our drivers/guides Emmanuel and Edward were amazing! Very knowledgeable about every site we visited and each city we stayed in. We felt extremely safe and learned so much about Romanian history. We all took so many pictures of the buildings, sites and beautiful country. I would highly recommend this tour of specially if Emmanuel and Edward are your guide and driver. They went out of their way to accommodate us and made us feel like family.
