Let’s go to the favorite mountain of people from Sarajevo and enjoy an amazing city panorama during our picnic lunch! We will meet at a designated spot and go up to Trebević to the starting point of the hike. The hike will start from the abandoned bobsleigh track on Trebević. We have around half a kilometer on a flat trail, after which the 5 kilometer long hike starts. The highest peak of Mountain Trebević is a perfect spot for our picnic lunch! After lunch, luckily, the hike does not continue uphill, but rather we will enjoy a walk down the mountain through a wonderful forest. The elevation gain in this tour is approximately 700 meters.

Sarajevo Olympic Bobsleigh and Luge Track is a bobsleigh and luge track situated on Trebević mountain overlooking the City of Sarajevo, built for the 1984 Winter Olympics.
Trebević is a mountain in central Bosnia and Herzegovina, located to the southeast of Sarajevo, in the territory of East Sarajevo city, bordering Jahorina mountain. Trebević is 1,627 meters tall, making it the second shortest of the Sarajevo mountains.
