Great way to spend Christmas Eve afternoon! Two adults, two teens, and no one was on their phone for a couple of hours! We were with an easily manageable group of 3 other couples, and Greg the tour guide, made the holiday traffic bearable with his interesting and humorous tour to the Adventure Park. Fun facts about the people, topography, and nature of the island began as soon as we boarded the coach. Much more engaging than a lot of drivers we've had. You reach the visitor center by walking through a lush botanical garden, which I didn't know was there but I was happy to encounter it. The puppy "mascot" we met when we arrived was a fun extra to the day also! You rent a locker to store your stuff (hats, phones, bags, sunglasses). The guides take 1 phone per couple/family to get photos/videos for you, and they are unbelievable. They know what they're doing and what people want to see. It's $5 USD, which is returned to you when you return your key. The staff is great. Friendly, patient, careful. They suit you up and make sure everything is attached, tightened, and secure. We had Martin, EJ, and Karim as our guides, and they made it a great experience. They were relaxed, funny, and professional. They know their job, and they do it well. Don't shy away because you've never done ziplining before. They explain and demonstrate how to safely zipline (and also what not to do and what you should do if you do those things anyway). We have been to several of these parks in various places, and this one is right at the top for the various distances and speeds you hit as you try each of the 12 lines. There are also 4 rope bridges that are fun to try to stay balanced on. The nature surrounding you is amazing. You'll sweat because it's St Lucia, but also because there is some walking involved. Not miles and miles, but you'll get your steps in. A great way to spend an afternoon. I highly recommend Treetop Adventure Park and their courteous, professional staff.

Great guides and fabulous zip lines. Breathtaking views. Very professional and they even took our phones and got great video footage of us coming down the zip lines. We were also served lunch after completion of all 12 lines. The drive there was a bit of a nail biter with all the twists and turns. The van didn’t have strong A/C. We seemed to do better with the drive back. Great company and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

It was fun. The ride was interesting and looking at all the sights were off the chain . Our driver was very knowledgeable

The ziplines were fun, but the attitudes of the operators made it an unpleasant it was our first experience with ziplines, but the operators were very impatient and kept chastising instead of showing us the proper way. Not sure why they were in such a hurry as they all just sat around once we were done. Very high pressure with the tips as they kept reminding us they would keep us safe if we “took care of them”. I’m sure there are better ziplines on other islands.

The tour was amazing! From pick up, to drop off, the experienfe was quite enjoyable. Our tour guide Laura, as well as the zipline workers were very friendly and personable. On the ride up to the zipline site, we were given historical information about the island, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Once on site we were given some local harvest to taste, and it also came with lunch and a locak drink after the ziplining. However, If you have low endurance, maybe think twice about booking this. It is action packed and super fun, but requires moderatley good physical health. Some of the stairs and obstacles that your have to take to get to the other ziplining stations may tire out those who are not in shape. But even so, the company has water stations along the way inbetween ziplines to give you a hydration boost. I definitely recommend this tour 27/10!

Loved this and we are sooo glad we did it!! Felt very safe doing it and will definitely go again, if/when we come back to St. Lucia. But, it is very strenuous!! I’m afraid of heights, but my spouse isn’t. You start very low, close to the ground, on the first zip line. Slowly going on higher and higher zip lines. I wasn’t sure I could do all of them, but the slow increase in height, and how fast you zip across the line, made it doable. The ride over and back was educational and entertaining; you won’t believe how much information on St. Lucia you learn just on the rides to/from. Plus, delicious fruit and juice provided once you are done. Driver was careful; a lot of turns, but slowed for them and we felt very safe. Once there, you have a helmet sized to you and a harness. They could use more small gloves, but the sizes they have worked fine. They zip line, same as us; we knew it was safe because of this. Each zip line gets higher and higher. The first was easy to walk to, but it really is a hike after that. There is more than one plank walk (with netting around) and many sets of stairs. Majority were in their 20’s or 30’s, we are both 62 years old and somewhat active. They tell you to drink water at every area that has it; we did it mainly to have a reason to rest longer before the next climb 🤣 To be fair, those younger than us, and fit, were struggling as well; many kept saying, if you can do it, we can too! They take plenty of pictures, if you want them taken. They even went to the ground & took a picture of a snake we could only see from a distance. Did see one tarantula, not near me & it rushed to a hiding spot, due to birds arriving. This is worth doing, even though it is strenuous; we climbed the equivalent of 32 flights and walked 2.4 miles to do the 12 ziplines! Highly recommend this!

Absolutely loved this excursion. The facility is as expected , they offer water, drinks & food with a few tables to enjoy & relax at. They’re definitely secluded . We took but did not need bug spray however sturdy shoes are necessary. We went out with a team of 4 guides & roughly 10-15 guests. They took excellent care of us ensuring we were all safe & having fun. There are a fair amount of stairs but they are spaced out throughout the 12 line course. Take your camera or allow your guide to video for you . They do have lockers for rent to store anything that may fall out of your pocket . This is a must do !!

Absolutely a must… this was a great adventure. We were picked up at the cruise port and transported to zip line. The workers made sure we were safe and they were very helpful.

We did the zip-line experience at Treetop. Our guide and driver picked us up from the North hotels. The guide, Lenora, was full of energy and make the longish drive on windy roads fun. The vehicle felt safe and the driver drove safely. The zip lining was fanstastic. The pay alot of attention to safety so you never felt unsafe. The course was 12 lines which was about the right length. There are a number of steps up to platforms and you cross several rope bridges. If you are even in moderate shape you will have no problem. If you have knee problems it might be challenging since you have to land yourself on a platform. And make sure you have one strong wrist since you slow yourself down (some zip lines have a bumper system that stops you, this one does not). There is a bathroom at the main area of treetop and a locker since you cant take stuff with you. The zip line guides were the best. They were fun, paid attention to safety, and one guide took one of our phones and took pictures of everything which was very cool since its probably better to leave your phone in the locker. If we were here more days, we would go again!
