Let’s wake up early in the morning and drive about 100km to Teresópolis. Serra dos Orgãos National Park it's our destiny. The trek has an extension of 11km and 1100m of vertical rise, it takes around 5-6 hours. On the way there’s plenty of natural spring water and waterfalls.
Pedra do Sino, 2275m above the sea level, enjoy the summit and take lots of pictures. On the way back we take the same track, should walk less time and drive back to Rio de Janeiro.
If you are traveling alone let us know that we can include you in an existing group.

5.00The Serra dos Órgãos National Park is a Full Protection Federal Conservation Unit, subordinate to ICMBio, whose main objective is to preserve representative samples of national ecosystems. It is one of the best places in the country to practice mountain sports, such as climbing, hiking, rappelling and others.
