Beautiful Scenery

5.00We were very fortunate to have been able to book this tour last minute as our original tour operator cancelled their tour the evening before we were supposed to travel! Our tour guide, Kirstin, was great! She shared a lot of information about the places we drove through and even played some of the local music for us to further our appreciation of the area. We stopped at some beautiful spots and had plenty of time to explore and take photos. Kirstin also took pictures, which she shared with us a couple of days later - a nice way to get some family photos! They provided delicious sandwiches for lunch along with some hot chocolate and cookies. We must also mention that the driver, Yuri, did an amazing job finding a parking spot for the bus so that we could stop and admire the snowy valley on the way back to town - all of the parking areas were full as it was a good day for back country skiing so we felt very lucky that Yuri was able to find a place for us to stop.

5.00It was a bad weather day for us, which had slight rain, and was very windy and cold. We could not see any wildlife. However, we really enjoyed the breathtaking view of the lakes and seashore from the trip. The wood cabin with strange toilets by the beach was a brand new experience, that we would need to tell our friends. Abdi was a very good guide, he really loved taking pictures. He took a lot of great photos for us. He lead us to nice spots without many people. We had so many photo oppoturnities thanks to him, which was exactly what my wife expected.

5.00Very nice tour to see the country and a nice lunch. We were lucky to meet up with some dog sleds and pet some of the dogs. Otherwise there really wasn’t any other wildlife.

3.00The scenery on this tour was breathtakingly beautiful, but the tour was very rushed. We did not feel we had enough time at each location before being hurried to the next. I think a few stops could have been skipped. We didn't see any wildlife, and it seems the chances of seeing wildlife on this tour would be very slim anyhow. Our guide was a little hard to understand, but friendly, and a wonderful photographer! He captured beautiful pics of our group. Also, lunch was an experience - pretty cramped room with other tours. Despite this, the tour was worth it for the stunning scenery.

5.00The fjord tour was a great experience and definitely worth trying. Our guide, Abdi, was very professional and friendly throughout the trip. The places we visited were all beautiful and interesting, and the photos taken during the tour turned out really great. The lunch was also surprisingly good. Overall, it was a well-organized trip and I would definitely recommend it

4.00The minibus tour was very scenic and the guide was pleasant. We didn’t see much wildlife which can happen. Since it’s advertised as a wildlife tour I expected a bit more information on potential wildlife and the habitats. The driver told us when we were entering an area that reindeer frequent. Since we did not see any reindeer, it would have been nice to have some information about reindeer migration, habitat and the Sami ownership. Our driver said the bus P/A system was broken and that he had to concentrate on driving; there wasn’t a lot of information while driving. I would have liked information about the birds we might see during this season. It would have been helpful to have extra drinking waters available. The lunch spot was beautiful, I would call the lunch light snacks. We enjoyed ourselves for the cost, but a title of scenic drive with snacks/lite lunch might be a more appropriate title.
