The guides were great (Nicolai and Vivian), unfortunately we only saw a sliver of northern lights for a few seconds. They tried and we still had a really good time

I had a very good time on this tour. The guide Andrea explained so nice the kpi of the aurora and Nikolai was funny and took very nice pictures to all in the group. Jamie was such a good driver in that bad weather.

Wow! Beyond expectation. Our guides found spectacular northern lights when other tours the same night did not. Despite rain and cloud in Tromso our guides located clear skies and were prepared to travel to ensure we had the best opportunity. Kirstin and Nicolai were friendly, thoughtful and very knowledgeable - giving great commentary on the journey, arranging photos and campfire refreshments at the location. An amazing experience and well worth it. So pleased I chose this tour rather than others.

The night was quite rainy and we were not able to visualize the dawn. The bus stopped in the vicinity of Tromsø. The first stop, try, there were stars on site, but artificial lights nearby, like houses and public lighting, which impairs the visualization.

Despite cloud cover we saw a great Aurora borealis.... Thanks to Nicolai and Shoja, especially Shoja has been a great photographer and has put a lot of effort into it. Point deductions for organizational planning: only one device for scanning worked, that's why we didn't leave on time, The grilled sausages were just packed and you just had to get them out and take them, as well as the rolls, out of the bus flap. Maybe a table wouldn't have been wrong. Otherwise, of course, the guides can not for, but the tourists who participate in such activities are rude and push forward to have the better photos. Maybe if you reduced the group size, it would be less dramatic. But with 104 people, you stand for everything and you have to give up hope in humanity again and again.

There was a snow storm in Tromso so we headed north to get out of it. The guides let us know that we might have to go as far as Finland to see them, but their goal was not too keep us out too late. We ended up going to Finland as the snow didn’t stop in Norway! It was worth it; the skies opened up for us and the time was of no consequence.

Great small group tour! Our guide, Tomas, went all out to find us the best lights of the evening! He was very positive and had great energy, considering the challenging weather! Would recommend!

We didn’t get to see the lights. That’s ok, I know that they can’t control the weather. But the guide didn’t speak for more than 20 minutes the entire 6 hours. They turned around somewhat early due to the poor weather but mentioned many times how the arctic weather changes rapidly. It didn’t feel like there was any effort put forward. The 6 hour bus ride was filled with silence interrupted only occasionally by an announcement about poor weather and a single song to be played every 15 minutes. The guides were kind, but didn’t seem to know what they were doing and failed to do anything you would expect from a guide. I explained this to them afterwards asking for a refund (not due to the failure to see the lights) and Viator would not help due to the host denying it. I would not do this tour again, even at a discounted rate.
