    The taxi did not come in time. On contacting the person made us wait in the cold before the vehicle arrive (may be an alternate one). The driver was not very polite either.

    The driver never showed up and after waiting for over an hour we took a taxi to our hotel. The driver texted a couple of times saying he was on the way and when asked how long would not respond. The cost of this driver was over $80 US dollars. A taxi ended up costing about $20. When you pay that much more for a driver you expect them to be waiting for you when you arrive. We travel all over the world and have never had this happen before. Completely unacceptable. I’m only hoping the process of getting a refund is not going to be a problem. This was no fault of ours and completely on the driver and the service he works for.

    Our flight from Paris was delayed about an hour. Driver left us stranded at airport with very curt text message to call a cab instead. Our other shuttle booked via Viator from a rival company was able to help us, but only after a significant delay. RYDEU should be banned as a provider.

    Terrible experience. Our flight from Bergen was delayed 2 1/2 hours. We notified the operator while in Bergen. Was told to contact the driver. Driver sent us a text message for us to call him as soon as we landed. We did. He ignored our calls and texts and left us stranded. No taxis or Uber available for 30 minutes at Tromso airport.

    The driver did not turn up to pick us at Tromso airport. When texted him upon arrival and the reply given was to take taxi. Our flight was delayed and I had informed the tour operator about this delay when I was in Frankfurt and expected them to monitor the eventual arrival timing as this was beyond our control. To our horror, it seems that they only based on standard arrival timing and no room to react if the flight arrived late. Need to remind them that guests had paid a premium for the service and expected the driver to be there based on eventual arrival time was not the fault of guests. The tour operator had apologized and processed the refund after we feedback to Viator on this frustration. Hopefully the tour operator will have better SOP for such cases
