• 6-9 hours hunting depending on conditions and if we have to drive far to find the lights

• Photos from the tour sent to you some days after the tour

• All necessary equipment to keep you safe and warm is provided

• Minimum age 7 years

Come away from the crowds with us as we hunt out the best spot and help you catch a glimpse of this incredible phenomenon - enjoy the aurora around the campfire and receive photos of your experience to treasure forever.

We will set up camp OR drive to several locations depending on the weather, Northern Lights activity and the region we are driving to as well as the parking situation.

Suitable for all physical fitness levels

Vegetarian/Vegan option is available, please advise at time of booking if required

Unfortunately our bus is not wheelchair accessible

A current valid passport is required on the day of travel

Some walking is required, sometimes in uneven terrain

Minimum age for this adventure is 7 years old

Most people can participate, but there is some walking required from the bus to where we set up for the night

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Fantastic experience! We were warm in our Artic suits and boots! The guide, Alex, was so knowledgeable and shared his knowledge throughout the tour! Highly recommend!

An amazing experience last October! Alex was very knowledgeable, and worked hard to find us a good spot. It was quiet with a small group and was wicked finally getting to see the northern lights. But even if we hadn't of seen them the stars were mesmerising. Thank you to both Alex and Svein ❤️

Our tour was cancelled supposedly due to weather. However, our ship stayed in port the entire night, and there was no problem with the weather. This tour advertises that they will drive towards the lights to find them, however not if they don’t even try. The tours that were booked through the ship, for the exact same thing, all managed to be completed, AND they did see the Northern Lights. The four of us are greatly disappointed and would think twice about leaving such an important excursion up to them. Very very sad!

Fantastic experience. Have been on other northern lights trips in Iceland but don’t come close to this. Small group, provided with warm over suits and moon boots. Camp fire, meal, hot chocolate and a lovely driver and guide provided. Would definitely recommend. Lights were awesome too!! Thanks Klara and Gro

Fantastic experience, driver & guide were amazing & made a big effort to find clear skies to see the lights. Nice small group. Everything explained really well, yummy hot chocolate, biscuits & dinner around the camp fire ❤️
