What To Expect
Tromso
Our midnight cruise takes you out on the sea around Tromsø during the night. On this tour, we hope to be able to experience the midnight sun, but it depends on the weather and the period time of the cruise. Sometimes we do go on the south side of Tromsø and sometimes we go on the north side, it all depends on the weahter. What we can assure you, is that a night on the ocean is magical.

5.00Many warm thanks to amazing guides and incredibly beautiful evening tour. We booked through Get your guide and they missed to update us about the time changed, thanks to the guide calling and notifying us so they wait for us 20 minutes later, big praise to them. Amazing luck got to see so much and best of all get to see Sea Eagle that came close to the boat on several occasions and the midnight sun of course. Can recommend this tour the warmest, largely thanks to incredible guides.

5.00Didn’t see the sun or any animals/ birds (only one puffin). The captain was very friendly and decided to take us fishing for the experience. A boat trip late at night is still very cool, even if there is no sun.

4.00We were a small group on the boat, top. The guide was good, gave us explanations about the animals but bad luck we did not see many (birds). And also on tromso and activities to do. But lucky because we had sunshine.

5.00The guide Thomas and the Captain Roger were great, they worked really hard to tick off the full list of wildlife and we even got to see them catch a Halibut! Definitely think we needed a bingo card so we could tick off the moose, reindeer, puffins, eagles and all the other birds we saw!! Also the cookies and biscuits were yummy!

5.00This trip was booked by default really because my husband always likes a boat trip - we would not have wanted to miss it! I felt a bit nervous on what seemed to be a smallish boat but the crew were amazing and you soon felt quite safe. They made it a very memorable experience. It was really cosy inside with lots of biscuits and hot drinks. I then ventured out on deck and donned a thermal suit supplied for anyone who wanted. The team just wanted you to enjoy the experience with lots of surprises: my husband caught a fish at mid-night and an eagle display round the boat was enthrawlling! Afraid it was heavy cloud with the sun struggling to get through behind the cloud but it was such a warm and cosy, friendly atmosphere it didn't matter... one of our best trips!

5.00This was very pleasant. The cruise took a circular route so you are able to see Tromso from all directions. The crew was very pleasant and accommodating to passenger requests. Other than fishing, we didn't see any wildlife. It was very relaxing.

1.00Urgent!! Do not book any tours with these guys. I came all the way from Brazil, I have booked a tour to The midnight sun weeks ago and nobody turned up at the meeting point. Their office was closed all day, they do not answer the phone. I booked through Visit Tromso web site. Iost my money and my plan of years to see Tromso been destroyed by these people. Avoid!!! I do not even know how to get my money back.
