My dear friends this adventure will lead us to explore the old neighborhoods like Alfama and Mouraria and some secret and important places in Baixa Chiado in terms of the Portuguese roots in Lisbon.

We will see the Alentejo House that shows the Alentejo culture and traditions in Lisbon, the National fish can shop, where you can see the old brands like Tricana, the different traditional products, and its ancient and charming architecture.

The Independence Palace where the conspiracy to restore the Portuguese Independence from the Spanish Ruler was made, the interior has the most fantastic and unique combinations of secrets in Lisbon, I'm going to reveal all to you. In the end, you will be transformed into a true Lisbon Buddha.

We had a great time with Igor walking the backstreets of Lisbon , hearing the history of the area and personal stories about the people who lived here. We never would have stumbled into this area and understood all the history around us. Igor was very knowledgeable and answered our questions with a very easy going manner. His pride in the city and love of the Portuguese culture came through and influenced all of us. I would recommend this tour with Igor to anyone who wants to really get a feel of the city and the people who live there.

This was an excellent tour for the money. I learned tons about Lisbon its history and culture! Highly recommend! Be prepared to walk, it is worth it seeing so much history done in a fun way!

Thanks to Igor for a great tour of Alfama! I learned so much of the people of Lisboa! It an amazing full 3 hours tour. Prepare to walk up and down a lot, bring a bottle of water, wear tennis shoes!

We loved the fact that we (2 couples) could book a tour exclusively for us! That meant a lot to us, because we could do everything innour own space! Igor was really knowledgable and also a very sweet person. We learned a lot from him and got to suck in the true portugese soul! The tour really lived up to its name! We loved it, and tomorrow we will go to Sintra for a full day trip with him, also exclusive for us! We cannot wait! Thank you for showing us your beautiful town.

Can not be more grateful for the amazing street tour Igor gave our group. I feel we got to experience "true" Portuguese living. Very informative, very accommodating to our interests. Thanking for bringing us to Deolinda Rocha's studio to purchase handmade tiles. Your information on Jose Saramago was so interesting that the book "Blindness" was waiting for me when we got home.
