The actual route was fun for our large family group of all ages. The problem was the initial signup and then when the rest of the group signed in. The software had no place to signin with the booking reference and when the group later signed in they had the same problem and had to hit the purchase button etc. Very confusing, almost gave up. Had to use the help bots which eventually gave a hidden link to viator signup page etc.
