2.00Do not expect an informative tour or itinerary that matches what is listed. The option to create your own tour is exactly what this is. It is basically a taxi driver taking you from spot to spot , but you need to decide which spot you’d like to go to. Our driver was new and I don’t blame him at all, but he was not given a definitive itinerary based on the tour description, nor was he Informed about any of the spots we stopped at. Although wildlife will do what wildlife wants there were no flamingos at all at the sanctuary which you would think the tour operator would’ve informed him of so he didn’t take us there. And Hata cave only does tours on the hour and we got there at 15 minutes past the hour and they wanted us to wait a whole 45 minutes for the next tour. Experienced operators would have informed our driver of that. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The places we did go. It was an experience as much as it was a photo opportunity.

4.00The host was patient with us. Even though our flight was delayed and we didn’t make it to Curaçao the day of our scheduled excursion, they allowed us to do it the day we arrived. Overall it was a good sightseeing experience.
