1.00The excursion offer is very deceiving. I’ve been on several Tuk Tuk excursions, this one beyond horrendous. They started off 20 minutes late, which normally would be no big deal. The Tuk was extremely old and very dirty. The motor struggled to start and when it did it was so loud, like an explosion. The tour guide BamBam was the only shining light. Very pleasant young man, personable and charming. The seats were covered in a layer of dust/dirt as was the windshield. Bam Bam made all efforts for guided tour however due to the condition and loudness of tuk we couldn’t hear a word he was saying. He kept apologizing when we came to a stop. The fumes from the tuk backed up and made my grandson and I a little nauseous. We should have expected this as tuk is struggling along, my iwatch constantly going off that we were in too loud of an environment, then we felt like bullets we’re shooting into our feet and Boom the tuk died. We were in middle of one lane traffic. We had to exit tuk so the bam bam could push it out of traffic. He called and a mechanic came in 15 minutes, bandaged tuk with 6 inch wire. They advertised newer line of tuks. All the ones I saw were in the same condition, 2 wheels in junk yard. Do not book through this company.

3.00The Tuk Tuk tour was 30 minutes late to pick us up and the vehicle had a lot of gear issues. The tour guide was very young but he was very respectful. The Tour overall was ok. Best part of the tour was Kokoma beach and the local market. The Food at Plasma Bleu was amazing!

5.00The TukTuk itself is a little "raw"....noisy and a bit bumpy. Make sure you know if you have more than 2 in your party someone has to ride backwards. Loved that we could customize our itinerary and that you offer hotel pickup. Our driver Monty was TERRIFIC!!! Fun, friendly, knowledgeable -and took a lot of photos for us. Overall a great adventure--we all enjoyed it. Two thumbs up!!
