4.00Our guides were excellent. The day was well organized and each activity was so good. I wasn’t prepared for the crowds though. The week of Christmas and New Year is just packed. Our snorkeling was so crowded it was difficult to swim, and we felt bad for the poor turtles. Tulum was super crowded also. The cenote swim was incredibly unique and beautiful, and our guides were excellent. They added cultural and historical information and made the day feel special.

5.00Absolutely incredible experience. Suly our guide was clearly experienced, so much fun, full of knowledge, and deeply passionate. Lily, our driver, made us feel safe and was so incredibly kind. The activities were so good, seeing the turtles feels like a once in a lifetime experience. The facilities around the denotes and where you have lunch are beautiful. I cant express how much the guide, driver, and other ocean tours staff really made this a phenomenal day. The incredible value of this tour is also notable!!!

5.00Kevin was a fantastic guide, knowledgeable, engaging and funny. He set us up with an expert Mayan guide for the Tulum ruins tour which was amazing. The Akumal Bay was windy and wavy so visibility underwater wasn't great, but Kevin took good care of a family member who was very nervous snorkeling in the waves. We saw several turtles even in these suboptimal conditions. The underground cenote was magical. Highly recommended!
