5.00Hilda was very good guide. Interesting day and paced well. Note the cenote we went to was in a cave so beware if claustrophobic. Would have liked more time to browse stalls at Tulum and Akzumel to help local businesses. Store at cenote overpriced.

4.00This is a fabulous experience! It should be noted that participants should be able to swim well, and be comfortable in deep water, as well as in the unpredictable ocean. BRING HEAVY DUTY BUG SPRAY!

2.00Alexandra our guide was fantastic she I rate 5stars- the tour itself was a blast as well however pick up at 730 and was told no outside food or drink allowed and we didnt eat until nearly 7 hours later. Was told it would be a one hour ride to first activity but it was over 2 and as a result got horribly sick the whole first half of the day. Also, the viator description says to use special sunscreen so we bought it but then weren’t allowed to even apply it during the trip so such a waste- Viator descriptions were not sufficient and really feel disappointed in the experience. Again, our tour guide was incredible but wouldnt book through Viator ever agaon.

5.00We had a fantastic time on this tour! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized. The pick-up time was respected, and the logistics ran smoothly throughout the day. The activities were diverse and engaging, giving us a great mix of culture, nature, and fun. The only thing we wish for was a bit more time to explore the ruins — they were so fascinating that we would have loved to stay longer. Aside from that, the day went just as smoothly as others had mentioned in their reviews. A quick tip: bring a swimming shirt and, if possible, swimming shoes — they'll make the water activities even more enjoyable! Special shout-out to Ruben, our guide — he was excellent, very attentive, and created a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere. Julio, our driver, was also fantastic and kept us safe and comfortable the entire day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun-filled adventure in Mexico!

5.00Our guides were amazing, Arturo was extremely accommodating to my family. The cenote was amazing and a must-see stop. Be prepared and bring many snacks as it’s a long trip and the food was at the end.
