What To Expect
Arrival Point: As you exits the customs area, you will be greeted by a uniformed airport dispatch officer, you must provide him/her with your name and/or ticket and advise them that you will be picked up by TCI EXPRESS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES (they will already have your details), the officer will then call the driver to collect you. Departure Information: ONCE BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE PLEASE ADVISE US OF YOUR REQUESTED TIME OF PICK UP ON YOUR DEPARTURE DATE. PLEASE PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE FLIGHT.

1.00The pick up from airport to hotel was fine. Then when it was time for pick up to go to the airport was a disaster. I emailed them ( because you can’t call them- but they can call you) that my flight was delayed, to please pick up at 5pm instead. They then called me to confirm that I wanted pick up at 5pm. I said yes and thanked them. Then an hour later, that emailed me saying they can’t accommodate because his driver left for the day. I was confused and tried to call back on the number that he called me from earlier and left a voicemail. No return call. I was waiting in the lobby of the hotel at the original pick up time at 2 pm because I didn’t know what time he was coming. Waited 30 minutes, No one came. I then came out at 5pm and waited for 30 minutes. No one came. Save yourself the aggravation and call a taxi instead because the cost was actually cheaper than pre-paying for a ride you might not ever make because they didn’t show. Worst experience ever! Avoid this!

5.00On time, and efficient. Drivers were nice and drove safely. It was about 20 mins airport to hotel, paid $205. Kinda pricey for the drive, but if you want private transportation and to not have to wait, this is the way to go. I do think they should have refreshments available as most private transportation companies offer.
Looking for a refund, paid for roundtrip and the return was a no show

1.00Return transfer was a no show , my client did not get their return transfer when it was definitely prepaid , a refund is due , not sure what happened , so a refund is definitely due and can go back to the credit card it was charged on . Thank you Denise Pascucci

4.00The limo service was just fine. The experience at the airport is not good and has not improved in 10 years we have been coming here. Vans, cars, limos all line up to pick up people and it is a total mess and takes about 45 min to clear after a few planes come in.
