Bolador Tours is a family owned Barbadian business offering personalised cruises. The 57 ft catamaran is unique as it was designed and built by a Barbadian as a performance catamaran.
Its layout is spacious with lots of seating along with two large netted areas for relaxation and sun bathing.
We limit the number of guests aboard which allows the Captain and crew to interact with everyone allowing them to share interesting facts about the island.
The tour includes:
Swimming with the turtles
Snorkelling over the shipwrecks
Bajan-styled buffet lunch
Open Bar
The tour balances adventure with relaxation, offering time to simply sail, relax on board, and enjoy island life.
Crew members are available to assist with gear, provide safety guidance along with information about the area and marine life.
The aim is to make the guests' day with us the most memorable day of their holiday!

Our driver will collect you from your designated spot and provide transport to our dock located in our capital, Bridgetown. Upon arrival, the check in process will be completed and you will be guided to board the catamaran. Our Captain and crew will welcome you aboard and before the tour commences a safety briefing and a run through of the features of the boat will be provided. Our adventure begins as we depart our dock and make our way to the Marine Park for the first and second stops which will each last for approximately 45 minutes. Our crew will accompany you as we explore the abundance of marine life underwater. The highlight of these two stops will be swimming with the turtles, seeing tropical fish, sting rays, corals, sea sponges, sea fans and snorkeling over the shipwrecks.
Barbados
Our journey continues as we sail along the coast towards our lunch stop, while you continue to soak up the island vibes by relaxing, listening to Caribbean music while keeping hydrated with our open bar options (sodas, juices, water, beer, rums including our famous rum punch made from an old family recipe). After we anchor in a bay, you have the opportunity to continue to socalise with other guests, relax or enjoy a swim, while our crew prepares to serve our freshly prepared Bajan-buffet styled meal. The duration of this stop is approximately one hour, after which our tour comes to an end as we return to our dock to meet your transport.

It was fun, on time and the crew was very friendly. The food was bajan and tasted good. Special thanks to the captain, Jeff and Maria, but all of the crew was very accommodating! Book it!

Another fantastic trip on the Bolador as our third trip in 3 years on board the Bolador. We love the well organized, polite and safety conscious crew and family run business. What a bargain to have delicious unlimited food and drink, with snorkelling, and an amazing sail up the west coast and back. Also, best coconut bread on the island! This year we say two turtles, sting rays and 2 Tarpon close to the boat. This trip has something for all ages and ideal for families. The small number of people limited to each trip makes it an even a more positive and calming experience. You can’t really appreciate the beauty and magic of Barbados unless you go out on the water for the day with such a friendly, welcoming crew and knowledge captain. The entire crew is top notch from friendly service on board and starting with the great shuttle pick up. A shout out to Wendell who picked us up right on time and delivered us to the ship. Sign us up for next year Captain Jeff!

Great day out, fantastic crew, great food and plenty of fish and turtles. Drinks were plentiful, communications were good and we were so pleased we have booked again for next week ! Biggest plus, the boat wasn’t overcrowded like many we saw, 16/18 people, loads of space, really enjoyed it.

We had an amazing time on the catamaran snorkel and lunch tour with Bolador Catamaran Sailing Cruises. Geoff was fantastic, he helped us spot sea life and was incredibly patient with my daughter and I as we worked through our fear of "things" in the water, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. The small group size was perfect. It wasn't a party boat, just great vibes, lots of fun, and plenty of room to move around. It honestly felt like a private tour. The lunch was absolutely amazing..fresh, delicious, and far beyond what we expected on a boat tour!

We had a fantastic day with Sharon, Jeff and the team, they were all so friendly and couldn't have done more for us. The outing itself was also excellent loads of beautiful fish and stingrays to see at the shipwreck plus massive fish, stingrays and turtles at the next stop. Lunch was unexpectedly amazing with a full help yourself buffet of chicken, fish, Mac pie, rice and delicious salads plus lots to drink. So we would definitely rate this trip a 5/5 and 💯 recommend it. Thank you guys for making this the best day of our two week trip.

It was so refreshing to be on a boat that wasn't packed full of people. They deliberately restrict numbers to around 18 I think, which was great. Plenty of space to find a great spot to sit and enjoy this super quick sailing catamaran. So nice once the engine goes off and it's just the wind and the waves. The crew made sure those who wanted to Snorkel were all fitted out and life jackets or woggles were available if you weren't a confident swimmer. Unfortunately for us, there had been quite a swell the days before and the water was a bit cloudy, but Captain Jeff swam out with us to make sure we didn't miss anything. On our second Snorkel stop he swam around relentlessly until he found a turtle and a stingray (legend). He was so attentive to everyone and spent a lot of time helping a lady who really wasn't confident in the water at all. The buffet was great too particularly the Mac & Cheese pie, you'll understand when you have it. It was such a great trip, so much better than the large, noisy, pack 'em in tours we had suffered on before. There were people on our trip which do it every time they're in town; we're now firmly part of this club too and will definitely be back. CRUISERS - we were on a P&O ship. You can walk to the meeting point for Bolador from your ship. Walk through the terminal and out onto Princess Alice Hwy which runs alongside the sea, until you get to The Wharf Road. Our meeting point was in the Cuban Cigar Souvenir Shop (Google maps) on the corner of Wharf Rd overlooking the quay. It took us about 15 minutes to walk there once your outside the terminal building. Sharon arranged to pick us up which was great, but we walked back as it was so close.

We booked this trip a couple of days before whilst staying in Barbados prior to embarking on a cruise ship. We had no recommendations but reviews looked good. Brilliant start to finish, easy local pick up, welcomed on board, good information and safety instructions. It was clear from the off that the staff wanted to provide a safe fun experience and that’s exactly what we got. Life jackets available, snorkels and masks, noodles- everything to make the experience first class. We had two stops, the ship wreck, so many fish, we didn’t personally see turtles but some of our party did. Warm beautiful sea, use plenty of sunscreen, I think there may be a few red backs tomorrow! Relaxed in the warm breeze, turquoise waters, very attentive staff, bringing drinks around, no shortage there and a super lunch served on desk. Honestly do not hesitate to book with this company they are brilliant at what they do, highly recommended.
