We arrived at the airport and didn’t receive a message or a heads up about where our driver would be. After going through their customer service we were then told ‘sorry please make alternative arrangements as they hadn’t arranged a pick up for us (despite confirming the booking). So we then found ourselves abandoned at the airport, not speaking the language trying to find a taxi to our hotel with our luggage which was an additional cost.
