On our two days safari you will enjoy the breathtaking scenery, big game like lions, leopards, buffaloes, rhinos and elephants as well as numerous birds species and antelopes.

You will be picked from any location in Kigali and drive to Akagera National Park located in the eastern part of the country bordering Tanzania.

You will check in for lunch at your hotel before you head in search for some wildlife and then a boat cruise in the evening at Lake Ihema.

You will later do a brief evening game drive on the way to your lodge.

You will be picked by our professional guide at 8am from your hotel or place of residence to Akagera. After park registration, you will head for a short game drive and later a sunset boat cruise at 4:00pm on Lake Ihema, in search for water animals like Nile crocodiles, hippos and numerous bird species.

Day 2

Full Day Game Drive & End of the trip

Today you will head off at 6.30am with your packed lunch for a full day game drive in search for the early risers, such as the zebras, impalas, hippos, giraffes to mention but a few that you might have missed yesterday. The drive will be from the southern to the northern end of the park with drop off at a place of your convenience at the end of the trip.
