Sun Moon Lake

Sun Moon Lake is the only natural big lake in Taiwan. The southern part of Lalu Island is shaped like a new moon, and the northern part is shaped like a sun, hence the name Sun Moon Lake. There are a lot of natural resources and cultures around the lake. You will visit Wen-Wu Temple, Holy Monk Shrine and Tse-en pagoda, and indulge yourself in the natural beauty all around.

Lukang

Proceed to Lukang, one of the three major historical cities in Taiwan. Lukang was once the economic and transport hub in central Taiwan and was commercially prosperous. As Lukang was an important trading port during the Qing dynasty, the local cultures were built by its broad immigrant mix. You can walk around the Lukang old streets and feel the old-time prosperity by visiting the historic sites, scenic attractions, craftsmanship, and tasting the local snack foods.
