After our original guide canceled just a week before our trip, Susila stepped in and organized an entire 7-day itinerary in record time — and absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment he picked us up at the airport, he took care of every detail: reserving the best tables with breathtaking views for our meals, guiding us through the most sacred temples, and sharing the true essence of Balinese spirituality and culture. Thanks to him, we experienced real healing and purification rituals — not the touristy versions — and those moments were emotionally breathtaking, honestly hard to put into words. Susila is intelligent, warm, creative, and deeply knowledgeable about Bali’s culture, religion, and both popular and hidden gems across the island. Knowing we were into art, he even took us to local galleries and helped us discover beautiful Balinese paintings. From the moment we met, he was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about sharing the rich history and culture of his country. We stayed with them 12 days, amazing their attentions, punctuality , organization, clean transportation and excellent conditions, they shared us a lot about their culture, their super fluent English. They sought every detail to make our visit the best experience in this world. The places, times, food, everything amazing. If you go to Bali, and are fortunate to hire them, they are certainly your best choice. After Bali we visited other countries, and we missed too much the loving and professional way we had with them.
