1.00They knew about the big festival but failed to let us know to have an option to cancel. We never got to see Old San Juan. So we paid for 3 tours and only got 2. We spent majority of our time in the car. Poor management for this tour.

3.00Van was marginally air conditioned and there was not enough water for everyone. Confusion because tour was cancelled day before then received call day of tour saying they were on way. Tour itself was good; tour guide Justin was good. Tour was extended due to lateness of start time but not everyone was informed of this. Still, I got to see rainforest and beach for a good price and it was a beautiful day so I am glad I went
