What To Expect
An exciting adventure where, together with our guides, you descend through tunnel systems and excavation rooms in an abandoned mine. The journey takes you down to the mine’s deepest dry parts, 80 meters underground. A unique adventure combined with the history of the miners and the three 16-year-old boys who rediscovered the mine in 1998. The tour offers several thrilling moments, such as climbing the mine's Via Ferrata system and riding a zipline over a crystal-clear lake. In the Grand Hall, you'll experience the grandeur of the mine with torches and music. The entire experience is tailored to the group’s preferences and conditions. The activities may vary depending on the season. During the visit, we serve coffee/tea with snacks in an old dynamite storage, 80 meters below ground. The mine is equipped with a Via Ferrata system, allowing you to safely navigate the terrain without any prior experience in safety equipment.

5.00What an experience! Very cool to climb around inside the mountain and experience everything. Climbing, suspension bridge and zipline. Our guides Peter and Daniel made the tour a 10/10. Next time they will be sauna tour!

5.00It was absolutely amazing, great guides, 4th hour tour. Not at all crowded as you might think in a mine, must be experienced, I will gladly do the sauna trip next time. So much history and impression.

5.00An absolute must to discover the underground beauty of Sweden. The route of getting into the cave and navigating makes admiring the location while having a physical challenge an experience to share with others. I enjoyed the stories of the cave and was very grateful to have had it in English.

5.00We did the Via Ferrata at Äventyrsgruvan in Tuna Hästberg and it was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever done. The atmosphere inside the mine is magical, and the climbing was both exciting and challenging in a very safe way. The guides were fantastic - professional, calm, engaging, and made us feel completely safe while also making the experience fun and unforgettable. I highly recommend Äventyrsgruvan to anyone looking for something truly unique. I can’t wait to go back!

5.00Fun experience that requires no prior knowledge. Suitable for anyone who has a normal physique and fitness. What I may miss is the ability to choose different levels of difficulty when it comes to climbing, from easier to more technical but it may come in the future.
