My husband and I Loved this tour! Our tour guide: Osvaldo was amazing!! He took the time to share insights on the islands and pointed out sites for us to see. We spent the right amount of time on the island looking around and wading in the beautiful crystal clear waters. We even saw baby hummingbirds in a nest !!! Highly recommend!!! We would definitely do this tour again

No one picked us up at 9:09 am Loreto, Baja. Very very disappointed. I came to Baja to tour Coronado Island UNESCO. Please let the tour people bin Loreto to improve their services The weather was warm the sea was as smooth as as glass.

We learned that the Blue Whales were in the area and asked if we could add seeing them to our trip. For a reasonable added fee were thrilled to visit the whales and delighted to also snorkel. The crew was excellent.

Loreto Adventures didn’t show up at the agreed upon place & time. We waited and waited, asked other boat captains who were leaving on their tours where they could be. Everyone shrugged their shoulders. After a couple of hours we finally left. Thankfully Trip Advisor refunded our money but it was a wasted day of our hard earned vacation! To make matters worse, Loreto Adventures reported the cancellation was due to terrible weather and the marina was closed. Liars! The weather was glorious; we saw dozens of boats leave the Marina that morning. Unacceptable.

This was a very enjoyable excursion from the Loreto pier. We traveled across the bay and toured around Coronado Island, pausing to observe and photograph various sea birds and sea lions. We were given a choice of snorkeling spots and were provided a nice lunch with burritos, cerviche, fruit and cookies at a sandy beach. We were very lucky to be the only two passengers and enjoyed practicing our Spanish with Angel, the captain, while he pointed out various points of interest and stopped whenever we wanted to take photos. The weather in mid December was picture perfect. A note of caution regarding snorkeling: there are microscopic jellyfish in the water so I recommend a thin wet suit or long sleeved rash guard (mine was short sleeve so I experienced some stinging sensation on my arms) for protection. We returned to the pier with a comfortable time cushion before our cruise ship's departure. We heartily recommend this excursion!

The tour guide was friendly and took us around the island , however gave us a two hour time limit to snorkel and eat our lunch as we had to be off the Island and back to the pier by 12:30 p.m. although I had paid for five hours (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.). When questioned he said that he was given instructions to return us back that time and could not do anything about it. There was no office to make contact to the supplier and when reached through Viator they refused to make a partial refund for the time we were not given. Their platform indicated charge more than others and give less. It was definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

The trip out island we were able to see several humpback whales and pods of dolphins. Road around the island, saw sea lions sunbathing on the rocks and soaring pelicans diving for food. Beautiful views and the color of the sea was clear aquamarine. The island is a dormant volcano and there is a hiking trail that takes you up to the top. We didn’t go that far as temps get hot and we didn’t have water. Prepare if you try! Unfortunately, we did not see any blue footed boobies, manta rays or a lot of fish near the beach area where I believe snorkeling could take place. We thought snorkeling was included but there was no gear on board. Though English language is noted, our captain did not speak much English . He did his best to make sure we saw everything and that we had a good time! Thank you Captain! He was so sweet how carefully he arranged our lunch and fresh fruit, this is included in the package. It is noted that Jaques Cousteau once referred to the Sea of Cortez as "The aquarium of the world" and the wild life is abundan. We did not see as much as I thought we would have. That was disappointing. It could have been the time of year, the weather, not sure. This was a pleasant trip.

First of all we were not taken to the UNESCO site. We were taken to a lovely beach where are boat pilot set up a table ,beach chairs and cooler for us. We had ceviche and rolled tacos which were delicious and cold drinks were provided. The boat driver was very nice and we saw sea lions and dolphins on the way to the beach. Although I was disappointed that we were not taken to the UNESCO site the beach was lovely. We were provided with snorkel equipment but there was nothing to see. No coral reefs and no fish.
