We had an amazing half-day with our guide Rolando & our super skilled driver. Not only does Rolando know his stuff, giving us tidbits about La Paz, Bolivian history, geography, and culture, and Andean history as well, while we drove around, his passion for his country & the sights were communicative. Las Valle de Las Animas particularly impressed us by its wild beauty and otherworldly monoliths paving the way into the Andes. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a quick yet in-depth tour of a couple important sights! Thank you Rolando & Wonder Tours!

I booked this so I didn't waste time on my last full day of my trip. My agency changed my hotel, I let the operator know and they acknowledged it. On the day I received a WhatsApp where they called me Frankesca and had the original pick up listed. I corrected them. I was picked up (from the right hotel) on time. There was one other solo traveller on the trip. We went to Moon Valley first, this was underwhelming but probably only because this was the end of 2 weeks in Peru and Bolivia. We then went to the Valley of the Souls. This was amazing but we just went up a hill, and down again. Kili Kili was next and to be honest, we'd had as good cityscapes from the previous 2 destinations, and so it felt like a waste of time. We then went to the Witches market where we were told about some of the rituals, including the use of llama foetuses. I didn't get back to my hotel until 20:00 (we left at 14:30). At which point I was thirsty, hungry and fed up. The driver and guide were very sweet. If I had the time again I probably wouldn't bother with this tour. It would probably be good for those who've not seen the wonders of the country already.

We had a great 1/2 day out with Roxana and the best driver with Wilmer. We enjoyed the time spent at Valle de las Animas and Killi Killi viewpoint. Roxana allowed us to take our time walking around Valle de las Animas - it was a little difficult for us with the altitude. There were fantastic 360 degree views from Killi Killi. Through no fault of the tour operator, Valle de la Luna was closed the day of our tour and we only learned of this less than 2-3 hours of the tour start. This left us no time to reschedule our plans. The alternative itinerary replacing the Valle de la Luna included riding the cable cars and a visit to Witches’ Market - not sure if these were commensurate alternatives but appreciate the tour operator tried to provide alternatives. Unfortunately we had no time in our La Paz itinerary to fit in a separate visit to Valle de la Luna.

The trip was well organised and communication was prompt. My guide was Milena and could not ask for a better guide. She was very knowledgeable not only of the area but also Bolivia in general. She took me to the best look out points. Very enjoyable tour and highly recommended. Got to see a lot of places in 5hours. Thank you Milena for the letting me practice my Spanish!

Lots of local driving, but worth getting through the traffic of La Paz to see these amazing sights. We live in the SW of the USA and have similar formations but were very impressed with the two “Valles”. Santiago our guide had great stories to tell, and very informed regards the geology. Our hotel was actually near the Witches Market but might have passed it by without a guide to explain what we were actually looking at. The driver Ernesto was cautious and careful wending his way to deliver us everywhere. Well done.
