Valley of the Kings
Your private guide will pick you up from your hotel, crossing the Nile River to the West Bank; where 64 ancient Egyptian rulers lie buried in the Valley of the Kings, you will see three tombs of the most famous Pharaohs ruled from Luxor, the burial chamber of Tutankhamen (additional ticket).

Continue to visit the temple mortuary of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, Egypt’s only female ruler, rising out of the desert plain in a series of terraces. 5.00Khaled was fantastic when he guided my family for 5 days to various sites in Egypt. He was at our hotel every morning before our agreed upon time, patiently took us to different sites, made the long drive back-and-forth to Abydos and Dendera (worth the drive if you have time), and shared the history in terms that our middle school son could appreciate. I recommend Khaled to anyone that is looking for a very helpful and knowledgeable guide to all of the sites on both banks of the Nile.

5.00We visited the Valley of the Kings in Luxor and it was exceptional. The site is incredible. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very informative about all the history of the site. We visited 3 tombs. All contained amazing preserved colors. Highly recommend

5.00Khalid explained us the amazing stories of these tombs and the temple, and made sure we knew where to look. Additionally, Khalid really knows how to photograph, resulting in great photos with a lot of temple and small amount or people ;)!

5.00I really enjoyed the Valley of the Kings & Hatshepsut Temple tour. The tour guide explained the historical importance of both sites in great detail. I was very impressed with the excellent organization and efficient transportation provided. I hope to return again with the same company for other visits. I recommend any visitor to Egypt to deal with the Luxor Tour Guide Company.

5.00We wished a private tour with a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced egyotologist and Khaled was the perfect fit. Our tour included the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, Clossi of Memnon. The tour starts with a private car picking us up at our hotel - its a comfortable ride and an encouraging start. Driving to the Valley, you get as much history on Egypt as you want - Khaled clearly knows his history! When we arrived at the Valley, he also selected 3 tombs for us to visit and gave us some very detailed information on what to look for and how to decipher some of the hieroglyphs. We then headed to the various temples where our history lesson continued at a reasonable pace. Snacks and drinks were provided along the way, and we failed miserably at stumping him on any questions we had. Overall, if you're looking for a top rated Company, Luxor tour guide the best choice !
