5.00We have excellent service from the driver/guide Julio who speaks perfect English . He was very punctual to wait for us outside the cruise port gate before 10 a.m. He communicated with me by Whatsapp one date before the pick up. He brought us to La Moneda Palace and Cultural Center, Plaza de Armas and Metropolitan Cathedral, Santa Lucía Hil, Central Market for lunch, Parque Bicentenario, Sculpture Park. Finally, he dropped us at the airport before 6 p.m. The vehicle was spacious and with air conditioning. We had bottle mineral waters during our trip. I have arranged this customized tour booking and confirmation of the service with Jaime. He is very responsive on my questions. I paid 10% deposit to secure the booking through the Payment Platform We Travel.

5.00A delightful tour of Variposa. My guide Julio is the best. He took me to all of the stops and took lots of pictures of me. I learned a lot about Chile and the country's history. I don't drink wine but Julio was able to substitute a delicious sandwich with smoked salmon at the winery. Saw many cute alpacas at the winery. Julio went out of his way to make Valparaiso memorable. I highly recommend this tour. A great day out of Santiago.

4.00Private tour with Leonardo of Chile Vive Tours was a good way to explore areas of Valparaiso, see Vina Del Mar, and stop by a winery. The private tour allowed us the flexibility to go to a wineyard in Casablanca valley that we preferred (Cases del Bosque) instead of the stand for the tour. Our driver was instrumental in helping us set up this change. We were also able to spend as much or little time as we desired at various landmarks and stop for additional photos, including sea lions near Caleta Diego Portales. Our driver was able to answer judt about any question we had. The included tasting at Rio Tinto Casablanca is meh at best. However, you do have an opportunity to purchase other good wines, quick breakfast and bathroom break on the way. We had lunch at Castillo del Mar which had a great view and good food.

5.00Absolutely wonderful experience! This was exactly the type of tour we were hoping to book. Great communication ahead of time and our guide Julio was so knowledgeable and professional. We were able to pack so much into one day, yet never felt rushed. Just the perfect combination of activities, great lunch and a really good wine tasting on the way home. We would definitely use this tour company again.

5.00Jaime met our expectations by making us a private tour. Julio our guide, a Santiagino knew how to bring us safely to the corners to see and knew how to adapt to our requests all day. Agency very pro and excellent time if you want to go off the beaten track and really know the Chilean life, the projects of the country while seeing beautiful landscapes and places. Perfect.
