The open air bus was refreshing and pleasant. Tim the tour narrator was awesome and had the perfect style and humor for giving this tour. He kept the tour entertaining and interesting. We learned a lot and leveraged his jokes and knowledge to our family and friends who joined us through the following days. Great time, thumbs up!

We waited 1.5 hours for our first trolley. Tried to call the provider but no answer. Watched four of the competitor’s hop on/off buses go by while waiting. Planned that our first stop would be Granville Island, but decided we didn’t want to be stuck at the unattractive bus stop there with another long wait. People joining the bus there were complaining about the wait. We left the trolley at Gastown (close to our hotel) and did not get on again. Instead took a ferry to Granville Island. Trolley a big waste of time and money that cheated us out of part of our day. Will also mention that the trolley “guide” seemed to know very little about Vancouver architecture, history, etc. All in all a very poor experience.

A couple of the stops were hard to find once you got off and tried to work your way to a different area, but all in all it was fine. Very convenient to be able to see around the city.
