Very poor hop on hop off trolley service

Do not use this trolley in Vancouver. It was late and just never returned to pick us up. A number of couples were waiting with us for around 11/2 hours on the side of the road. Whilst waiting the hop on hop off Big Bus stopped three times to pick up their passengers. All of us ended up having to catch a public bus to get back into the Waterfront stop in Vancouver. I tried to contact the company but was forced to a voice mail to leave a message. This was disgraceful and destroyed our day in Vancouver. We had a two day pass but refused to catch it again as we would have voiced our anger on our treatment. I should say that when we were on the bus a female employee got onto the bus and took a group photograph of everyone on the bus. Never experienced this on other tours. Do not book this hop on hop off trolley in Vancouver.

We waited over an hour and 1/2 at their designated location. Reached out by phone and no answer so left a message, and communicated via the Viaror app but didn’t show up at his own estimated time and it never showed up. I requested a refund 45 minutes later and am waiting to hear back. We actually waited longer than the tour should take!

Horrible experience. The trolley was cancelled and I never got a notice. I wasted 2 hours just standing around waiting for it. No communication from anyone.

After reading reviews for this, I was somewhat leery to book. So very glad we took the chance as it was wonderful. Were only in town for for weekend and it gave us the availability to learn about Vancouver and see almost all the sights were wanted. Granville Island was fabulous, as was Gastown, which is were we spend most our time. Experienced three different drivers and two were fabulous with giving information. Vehicles are clean and kept up. For the price, I would say it was well worth it to get to know the city and see the sights without having to rent a vehicle.
