5.00We bought these tickets at the last minute after our original tickets (through another company) were canceled. We are SO GLAD! The representatives met us at their office near the Vatican and personally escorted us to the front of the line. It was a fabulous experience. I will definitely book with Viator again!!

3.00The experience is fantastic, but the description is wrong. Your tickets are not emailed to you. We were already in Vatican City so we had to leave, walk 15 min to a tour office, wait and then be escorted to the museum. Wasted about 45 min.

1.00The day of the visit was January 3. Skip-the-line tickets ok. It is the organization that has been a real delirium. Too many people crowded, eventually the path narrowed into a funnel and if someone was taken ill or a panic crisis I do not know what would have happened. You have to reorganize the groups since with bookings you know how many people participate.

4.00The walkthrough of the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel was breathtaking. Definitely an amazing experience. Finding where to go to begin the walkthrough was a nightmare. Signage was non-existent and totally unorganized. My husband and I walked to and from the entrance several times before we finally found the line to enter. My suggestion is to have staff in the area with a large sign who are familiar with the tickets we had purchased who could advise on exactly where to go.
