We can show you the local supermarket to introduce Japanese basic ingredients.

Highlight of our whole trip to Japan! Kaori was exceptional to work with -- She was able to accommodate our gluten free and shellfish/fish allergy needs. The food was delicious! We loved the experience of being able to chop, cut, and cook to prepare the ramen and gyoza. Kaori sent us copies of all the recipes. Thank you, Kaori, for such a wonderful (and delicious) experience! Highly recommend!

I was met at the train station then walked through the grocery store to look at the ingredients. It was so nice to have someone show you what is required because it can be overwhelming. Then we walked over to her house and from the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. What a lovely place and the step by step instructions were perfect. I highly recommend this for anyone. I will be doing this again, next time with me daughter so she can also learn. Thank you so much for taking my diet restrictions and working around them.
