Allister was a fantastic tour guide. He kept our teenagers excited and engaged. He was very attentive to answering our questions. He was able to catch us up since we were late. He also was patient with our group as we had to move a little slower. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We learned so much about Versailles' rich history.

Super fun! The guide was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The walk and fountains were gorgeous, he gave us a rundown of the palace rooms outside which was very helpful as the inside was extremely crowded and we wouldn’t have been able to hear him. Gave decent time for coffee and lunch without taking too long. Overall very fun tour and amazing guide!

The outdoor gardens in hamlet of Marie Antoinette were amazing. Would not have seen the extent of this on our own. Our 3 o’clock entry into the palace was extremely crowded. Because it was so crowded we were unable to comfortably view everything. If there’s an option at a different time so there’s fewer people that might be better. Or perhaps the inside as a completely separate tour. Alistair, our guide was great. The breaks for snacks and lunch were appreciated and timed appropriately. Alistair was very attentive to the groups individual needs as well as maintaining cohesiveness of the group. His knowledge of French history was greatly appreciated. We learned more than we had on our own.

We really enjoyed our tour of the gardens and grounds of Versailles! Alistair was so very nice, informative, and interesting with all of the historical information he shared! He clearly loves what he's doing, and has so much knowledge of the area! And I loved that we got to see some of the more remote areas of Versailles that most people don't usually see. Alistair was also very gracious and understanding when we arrived an hour late to our tour due to horrible Paris traffic! He stayed in communication with me, making sure that we knew where we could meet up with the group once we arrived at Versailles. And, he took a few minutes out, when we arrived, to give us a summary of what we had missed on the tour. We really appreciated that! I would highly recommend this tour with Alistair to everyone!
