5.00This was a great way to tour the gardens. We did most of the day in golf carts moving from one garden to the next. There was a little tram that transported us midway. Others did the bikes. We walked the farm area on our own. At the end of the tour our guide gave us instructions on touring the building. So much to see and so little time. I would do this again.

5.00What a wonderful day we had at Versailles! I would highly recommend our tour guide, Alois. We toured the gardens in golf carts with intermittent stops to explore! Our group was just my husband and I and one other couple! It was a beautiful day and Alois, was great and full of knowledge. We had a short break and then used the shuttle to go to the furthest part of the gardens. Alois let us have plenty of time to explore on our own and then brought us lunch before returning to the Palace entry. We entered the Palace without having to wait in line and it was not at all crowded and so magnificent! What a great tour and guide! This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Paris!

4.00There’s a significant amount of walking on this tour. You’re only on carts for about an hour and the bikes for about 45 minutes. The rest is walking and most if the time on uneven ground. Alois, our tour guide, was wonderful. We had a good time but wouldn’t have signed up for it knowing we would be walking over 6 miles.

5.00We were able to see all the parts of the gardens- truly amazing. Our tour guide was fantastic. The only thing I would inform people of is that the amount of biking and walking is more than moderate- solid day of biking and walking. 8 miles walk, 13km bike.
