3.00Versaills was amazing. The guided tour with bike and golf cart was more to be desired. We had to walk too much even though we booked aids. The coffee stop took place in an ice cold café and we were sitting there for a very long time. The information from the guide bore a bit of tall tales that sometimes felt made up stories.

3.00Spent too much time traversing the extensive grounds. At least one of our bicycles was not properly aligned. Would have appreciated a narrated tour of the palace. Tour guide, Paola, was knowledgeable and attentive. She constantly regaled us with historical tidbits and other human interest stories from the times.

5.00We had a great day visiting Versailles. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and gave us a lot of history and information in the gardens and Hamlet. The golf carts were ideal for being able to see so much more of the gardens than we would have if we were walking. The bikes took us to the further reaches of the garden, lunch and the Hamlet. It would be nice for people to have the option (for an extra charge) to have an E-bike instead since it was rather long.
