Minimum age for participants is 6 years old. Each participant must be declared at the time of booking. We cannot accommodate undeclared clients, including babies or children under 6 years old. Reservations will be canceled without compensation in such cases.

Our tours are limited, we cannot cancel or modify bookings at the last minute for any reason. Tickets are non-refundable by the museums. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Participants should be prepared to follow their guide for about 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles can be quite crowded, and we must stick to the scheduled visiting times. Please note that the guide is unable to provide personal assistance. If you have any concerns about walking difficulties, health issues, or other considerations, we recommend reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
The tour is not recommended for individuals with disabilities, particularly those who have difficulty walking long distances or climbing stairs, as Versailles is very large and includes numerous staircases and uneven cobblestones, both inside the buildings and throughout the gardens
Our vehicle is not suitable for passengers with disabilities, we do not have the capacity to transport wheelchairs as well.

5.00This was such a great tour! We got picked up right on time in a very nice van and were dropped off right outside the entrance. Our guide was super knowledgeable and excited to show us around the palace. Guided tour was about 2 hours and then we had time to walk around the grounds behind the palace. Versailles was absolutely stunning and the tour really did it justice!

5.00Naffi was an absolutely amazing tour guide, she really brought the museum to life and we are so grateful we had her as our guide. The building is enormous with many large crowds and she knew just how to handle them. The tour is only 2-3 hours unlike the 6 written on the description. Make sure to spend extra time in the gardens

5.00It's VERSAILLES! If you are not impressed with this Palace of Palaces, nothing will impress you. Our guide, Elise, was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. It was a crowded day but she expertly navigated our group through the crowds while explaining things we were seeing. Fountains run April 1 - Nov 1 but even without them running the gardens are stunning. The grounds are enormous. You can rent a golf cart or take a small train around the grounds. Many places to eat on the grounds. Many places to just sit and take in all you see. Highly recommend.
