Minimum age for participants is 6 years old. Each participant must be declared at the time of booking. We cannot accommodate undeclared clients, including babies or children under 6 years old. Reservations will be canceled without compensation in such cases.

Our tours are limited, we cannot cancel or modify bookings at the last minute for any reason. Tickets are non-refundable by the museums. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Participants should be prepared to follow their guide for about 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles can be quite crowded, and we must stick to the scheduled visiting times. Please note that the guide is unable to provide personal assistance. If you have any concerns about walking difficulties, health issues, or other considerations, we recommend reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
The tour is not recommended for individuals with disabilities, particularly those who have difficulty walking long distances or climbing stairs, as Versailles is very large and includes numerous staircases and uneven cobblestones, both inside the buildings and throughout the gardens
Our vehicle is not suitable for passengers with disabilities, we do not have the capacity to transport wheelchairs as well.

5.00This was my second time touring Versailles. The tour was well done, our guide did a really good job explaining the history of the palace and its occupants , she was very expressive, funny, talked a little fast and at times was hard to understand, but otherwise really good. The hotel pickup was swift and easy, my first time out I was in a larger group tour and maneuvering a bus to pick up such a large group added tons of time to the commute. Our driver took us around the town of Versailles and showed us several of the historical significant buildings and picturesque villages. Highly recommend for those with a short amount of time and want to see/hit the highlights of Versailles

5.00More people than I expected for winter but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it to navigate the entry with our guide. Our driver was prompt at our hotel pick up and we traveled easily to Versailles. Once there our guide, Patrick, met us and we walked in to the Palace, it is stunning. Patrick walked us through all the areas and even managed to take a picture of us in the Hall of Mirrors with no people in our photo! That alone was epic. While is the Hall of Mirrors it started to snow and that made it even more magical. He gave us the option of sitting down for a bite to eat if we wanted or walk the gardens and we chose the gardens - a bit mushy with the snow but we enjoyed a brief walk on the top level. We perused the store while Patrick called for our driver and he even came to the store to find us and let us know that our driver was arriving in a few minutes. We never felt rushed, Patrick was a great guide with fluent English and we really enjoyed the entire tour and our driver as well!

5.00Our drive to Versailles was really enjoyable. Seeing so much of Paris we wouldn’t have seen on our own. Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city having lived in Paris for many years himself. Great experience with our tour guide at the Chateau de Versailles. She was an encyclopedia of knowledge about France. A friendly and enjoyable experience!
