Minimum age for participants is 6 years old. Each participant must be declared at the time of booking. We cannot accommodate undeclared clients, including babies or children under 6 years old. Reservations will be canceled without compensation in such cases.

Our tours are limited, we cannot cancel or modify bookings at the last minute for any reason. Tickets are non-refundable by the museums. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Participants should be prepared to follow their guide for about 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles can be quite crowded, and we must stick to the scheduled visiting times. Please note that the guide is unable to provide personal assistance. If you have any concerns about walking difficulties, health issues, or other considerations, we recommend reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
The tour is not recommended for individuals with disabilities, particularly those who have difficulty walking long distances or climbing stairs, as Versailles is very large and includes numerous staircases and uneven cobblestones, both inside the buildings and throughout the gardens
Our vehicle is not suitable for passengers with disabilities, we do not have the capacity to transport wheelchairs as well.

5.00Picked up on time. Driver got us there early and waited with us. Our tour guide was amazing. Lots of good information about Versailles and the history. My grandkids loved hearing about the three Louis kings. They were amazed by all the stories. We had a sufficientl amount ofvtimecto explore the palace and grounds on our own. The half day tour was exactly perfect for my family.

5.00Sophie was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable and helped get us through the throngs of crowd while sharing the history of Versailles. Coupled with direct transportation led to a seamless experience. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the takeaway Angelina cafe inside Versailles - it’s a rip off and doesn’t taste very good!

5.00This was a simple way to get to Versailles to see the Palace with a guide. Our guide, Valerie’s, was marvelous. She was very charismatic, funny in English and had a great way of explaining what we were seeing. I did not account for the time to see the Trianons, so would plan differently if I returned. The gardens are not much to see in the winter. But, all in all, a good choice for an activity.

4.00We had a wonderful and very informative tour of Versailles. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the history come alive. One thing we truly appreciated was that the tour included hotel pickup and drop-off — it made the day so much easier and stress-free! That said, the “half-day” schedule felt a bit rushed. We were picked up around 12: 30p.m. and had to meet our return transfer by 5 p.m., which included the drive, the guided tour of the palace, and some quick free time. There just wasn’t enough time left to really explore the gardens, which are absolutely beautiful and worth lingering in. If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend either booking a full-day version of the tour or — if possible — spending the night in Versailles. That way, you can enjoy the palace one day and take your time in the gardens and town the next. Overall, though, it was a great experience with excellent service and definitely worth doing!

The tour was well done, our guide did a really good job explaining the history of the palace and its occupants , she was very expressive, funny, talked a little fast and at times was hard to understand, but otherwise really good. The hotel pickup was swift and easy, my first time out I was in a larger group tour and maneuvering a bus to pick up such a large group added tons of time to the commute. Our driver took us around the town of Versailles and showed us several of the historical significant buildings and picturesque villages. Highly recommend for those with a short amount of time and want to see/hit the highlights of Versailles
