5.0It was a great tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke multiple languages. Also my lunch at the restaurant there was great.
Terrible and total ripoff

1.0This is a ripoff. Don’t do it! They are very disorganize. Horrible. First thing, it was difficult to find our bus in a sea of over 10 or more buses. The bus drove off without the guide. Upon arrival we had to wait over an hour under the rain for our guide who had our entry tickets. They grouped us with a crowd of over 100 people crowding the experience making it impossible to appreciate anything. The guide shared elementary facts. We could have learned more by reading Wikipedia. The inside tour lasted no more than an hour. They walked us to the garden and left us there. They told us to be back for the bus and that was the end. They stole our $. That is what this is. We are a family of 4 so this experience was close to $500. Take the train and rent the audio tour. Viator should kick this people off the platform. I wish I could rate them a negative star.

3.0Altough, we had an excellent tour guide, we considered that precious time was was red. It is winter and the gardens are not ín full function. Totally unneccesary to spend so much time roaming around in a cold and rainy day, to latter run around the palace in a frenzy. As we feel, it was the palace what we were there for, specially for that amount of Money.

1.0It was so overcrowded that it was completely miserable. Versailles should have capped its ticket sales and the company should not have offered the tour. It was wall to wall people and the tour company did not manage lines and the buses were disorganized.
