4.00This tour was good, we learned a lot. It did seem a little unorganized and the palace was pretty packed (not the company’s fault, just the way it is) but some other tour groups were quite pushy. Our tour guide, Francois, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The tour did seem a little rushed (but this place is huge for such a short tour) so I would recommend if you want a deeper dive into the art & history with plenty of time to explore on your own. Overall, it was a great experience and we were glad we got to visit the palace.

5.00Our guide Karolina was great! Only issue — it was hard to find the meeting spot, it was in the corner of a street and there were no signs about the meeting spot. Everyone was confused where we should be standing!

4.00It’s a half day adventure, so any obstacle affects the time you spend in the palace and the gardens. We encountered an accident heading out of Paris which affected our plans. Our guide, Matisse, was great and did the best he could to provide an informative tour of the palace rooms. However, there was little time to enjoy the magnificence of the gardens. Other than that, I would recommend this company and tour.
