The meeting point was so easy. Berrick met us, educated us on the trains down and back, and handed us off to Claire at the entrance to Versailles. Claire was so so informative and entertaining. The tour was over so quickly!!

This was an excellent tour. It was well organized and the meeting point was easy to find. Our first guide Berek was very helpful and taught us how to navigate the RER train system which was intimidating prior to this. Once at Versailles, our tour guide Johnny made the experience very enjoyable. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate towards the end of the tour during the garden portion, he was very adaptable and made the best of our visit. He is truly passionate about the history of this palace and his stories were interesting and fun. Some of the interior portions of the tour were very crowded but it didn’t feel like it since we never had difficulty getting to the front and taking pictures. This is a must see landmark while in Paris and these tour guides made it exceptional.

A lot of walking inside very crowded corridors. No breaks for water, coffee, snack etc. One traveler passed out on our tour. Our guide was outstanding. Travel arrangements were very good.

Get ready-Versailles is always crowded. We began the tour at the beginning of the day and it was busy. When we finished at 12:30 pm the lines were stretched for miles. You need a tour to understand the history. Sure you can get an audio tour, but you can’t ask questions or hear interesting stories. It’s crowded and a good guide weaves your way through the masses. Excellent tour of the palace and an orientation to the grounds. I know why it’s highly rated.

We had two separate tour guides. The first, Berek, made sure we got on the right train and made it to the Palace. The second one, Sarah, gave us a wonderful tour through the Palace and out into the gardens. We have a great time!

Our tour guide, Claire, was incredibly knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed our tour with her. We had really been looking forward to our tour of Versailles, and it was a wonderful experience. After the inside tour, Claire took the group to some excellent spots within the gardens. We really enjoyed Claire’s willingness to answer questions, and she was such a friendly presence.
