We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any walking impairments that require special assistance on our group tours. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages.
We recommend bringing a bottle of water with you and wearing a pair of comfortable shoes as there is quite a bit of walking involved
Please note that the tour departs promptly at the scheduled start time. If you are not checked in by then, the group will have to depart for Versailles without you. Once the tour has departed, we cannot guarantee your participation.

4.00Confusing from the start. The tour operator apparently was short a guide until reaching the Castle. That means the train ride for us tourists was a little confusing and not handled efficiently by the one guide for 2 sizable groups. once arrival at Versailles they finally had a second person. not our guides fault !! She was very good at the history and high points of the tour. very crowded inside !! hard to see and spend time

2.00The tour was 1 1/2 late - tour guide did not show up - meet up time was 9:15 - we did not catch the train until 9:50 - when we got to versailles the tour guide was not there and ended up waiting another 45 minutes. The tour guide that came was good but at that point we had to cancel some previous commitments since the tour was late, even the tour guide that came was wondering why we were not allowed to walk the gardens while we waited. had to rush the tour - could not spend time exploring the gardens because of the time constraints.

1.00My taxi driver didn't understand the meetup location when I showed it to him and drove me to Versailles. Maybe put the meetup location in French as well as English? Give an exact street address? I contacted the tour company through text. I didn't have a phone number asking where to meet the tour I was told to wait by the statue of Louis XIV and a tour company rep would be there. I waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up. I texted again and was given the same note as to where to meet in Paris even though it was now after 10:00 for a 9:30 meetup. I was then given a phone number to call the company. I called the company and spoke to someone who was clueless as to how to reach the guide or where he was at that time I gave up and bought a new ticket and went in on my own which was better because I was able to spend time at the exhibits I was most interested in I took an Uber back to Paris I want a refund

5.00Our Versailles tour with Monika was great! She was very informative and answered everyone’s questions. We were pleasantly surprised that the tour ends at the gardens and from there you are free to wander and go to the Estate of Trianon at your own pace. Highly recommend.
