We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any walking impairments that require special assistance on our group tours. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages.
We recommend bringing a bottle of water with you and wearing a pair of comfortable shoes as there is quite a bit of walking involved
Please note that the tour departs promptly at the scheduled start time. If you are not checked in by then, the group will have to depart for Versailles without you. Once the tour has departed, we cannot guarantee your participation.

5.00Our guide Marianne was wonderful! She was energetic, professional, and very flexible. There were two couples needing special accommodations for walking and pacing through the palace and Marianne did very well in balancing the special needs of a few that required extra time and attention with the needs of the greater group of about 20 total people. In a very busy train station, town, and palace, Marianne helped to keep the group together while sharing very helpful insights about logistics, safety, and most of all, history and location detail. At the end of the tour of the gardens at Versailles, she offered helpful thoughts on further exploration of the vase gardens, from routes to restrooms to dining. We highly recommend this Versailles tour and this specific guide. Thank you!

4.00Opportunity to take the train and we walked though the town of of Versailles . Our tour guide was very knowledgable about the palace, we had free time in the Gardens and for the rest of the afternoon. We returned to Paris on our own.
Avoid if you don't want to take a train instead of a van.

2.00I would have not booked if I had read the reviews. First, they changed the meeting point. Then they gave us train tickets and the guide rushed us onto the train. If I knew it was a train ride instead of a van I would not booked. I was not impressed. Then we run/walk to Versailles for 25 minutes. We're in the middle of a heat wave and running is not on my agenda this vacation. We get there and then we are rushed in. I sweating like a eat in a wool sock from the jog and heat and I barely have time to drink water. Once inside the tour guide was amazing. The crowd forced us to slow down and we finally got time to take pics. His knowledge of the palace was amazing. If we had a van take us then I would recommend but the fast walk was not fun. You better be in shape and able to walk a good amount to enjoy this tour!

1.00This was an absolute terrible experience. My meeting point was changed, I was not notified. It’s been difficult to get anyone to respond to my messages. By the time I got to the palace myself tickets were sold out. I paid a ton of money got zero experience. My entire day wasted. I’m panicked for the rest of my trip. I used this site to book all my activities! My kids are so disappointed. This is my daughter’s graduation gift!!
