Infants under the age of 3 are not required to have tickets. They must be accompanied by an adult and sit on their lap. The company will not be held responsible for any injuries or harm that may occur to the infant during travel.

Children aged 3 and above, or those taller than 1 meter, are required to purchase their own seats at the full price.

For sleeper buses, infants are required to have a ticket at the full price.

Pregnant women over 27 weeks and people with disabilities must obtain prior approval from the company before purchasing tickets and traveling to ensure their safety. The company is not liable for any complications that may arise during travel.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

    Had a good trip from Battambang to Phnom Penh. The bus was just fine and it was an easy ride. Also some drinks and snacks on the way.

    What a terrible service. Lost our bag by giving it to another customer who strangely took it (not even close to identical). Had to wait an hour for the lost bag to be retrieved and delivered to Siem Reap. Trip from Kampong Cham should have taken 4 hours but was 6 hours with the driver stopping every 30 minutes to eat, buy fruit, buy a drink then talked on the phone for the last 2 hours of the trip, not paying attention to driving and disturbing the passengers. Overtaking dangerously the whole trip. Do not use this service.

    I had a really good experience on this bus and would rate it 5 out of 5. The bus arrived on time, which made the journey start smoothly without any stress. The seats were clean and comfortable, giving enough space to sit and relax during the ride. The air conditioning worked well, so the temperature inside was pleasant the whole time. The driver was careful and drove safely, which made me feel relaxed throughout the trip. The staff were also polite and helpful whenever passengers needed assistance. I appreciated how organized everything felt, from boarding to arrival. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable journey, and I would happily choose this bus service again in the future.
