5.00Excellent experience. Easy prompt pickup, comfortable coach. Dan, our guide was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgable, a safe driver and even added extra because of time allowances. He suggested eating places. We learnt so much about Victoria and Vancouver. Drop off was easy. The whole day was a fantastic experience. Thankyou Dan

5.00It was an excellent experience. It was an all inclusive excursion. Dan, our driver and guide, was very knowledgeable and personable. The Butchart Gardens were gorgeous and we had a total sunny day. The ferry ride gave us an opportunity to see so much of the countryside. I highly recommend this excursion with Viator.

5.00The tour guide/bus driver was very knowledgeable and explained us the history and current states of Vancouver area. It was not only very educational but also fun. I don’t remember his name, I think it was Don, was very considerate, giving us Japanese guide map and all. I wish he was my social study teacher. If I knew I would be on his bus, I would go to Butchart garden again tomorrow.

5.00If you have limited time in Vancouver, this is the best way to visit Vancouver island and the Butchart gardens. The pick up, bus trip and ferry crossing was seamless and went according to schedule. The only delay was the slightly late arrival of the ferry into Victoria. It would be a huge challenge to do this trip on public transport. It was a very long day but totally worth it. My other recommendation would be to stay on the island for a few nights, such as beautiful place.

4.00The gardens were beautiful, immaculate and well worth the 2,000 mile trip. The remainder of the tour was a complete waste of time. A bus tour through city and residential neighborhoods of no particular interest was not what we expected. We spent over 13 hours on this tour, only 1 1/2 on the garden and then the last hour and a half we were left to sit on metal benches in the cold as the rain began because none of us were physically able to walk up to six blocks to try to find some place where we could get dinner. We were very disappointed in the tour through Pacific Coast Tours. Will never use them again.
