Our guided tour across the Zambia–Zimbabwe border was truly exceptional. From Mosi-oa-Tunya to the majestic viewpoints of Victoria Falls, everything was seamless, informative, and deeply memorable. A sincere thank you to Stacey and Veronica on the Zambia side—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. And to Panashe on the Zimbabwe side—insightful, precise, and wonderfully engaging. Their coordination made the entire cross-border experience effortless, safe, and profoundly enjoyable. We learned, we explored, and we felt genuinely cared for at every step. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautifully guided and well-organized Victoria Falls experience across two nations.

HMS Adventures was a great tour company. I found them through Viator and Howard reached out to me early to confirm my tour. He was responsive to my requests and i ended up using HMS for my ride to and from the airport. I took two tours with them, the Zambia and Zimbabwe falls tour which i booked through Viator and the village tour. I ended up doing the Zambia falls tour on my own since i was staying at Avani and could easily enter the Zambia fall on my own and for free. This allowed me to focus more time on the Zimbabwe side which has many more beautiful observation points. Kennedy is the guide HMS connected me to and he was great. He was patient as i took a lot of pictures and he is extremely knowledgable with the history of the area. It was a pleasure spending a few hours with Kennedy and i would highly recommend that you ask for him. Next, Joe and John took me on a village tour that was excellent. It wasn’t your normal village tour that all of the tourists go on. We went to a far out village and i got to see how they live, where they work, and what they use for food. It was so nice to meet the families, watch the amazing men carve, and the women sanding and preparing the souvenirs for sale to people and shops. William was an excellent driver and picked me up from the airport and showed me around Livingstone on our way to my hotel. William was the first person to show me elephants as we left the village of Livingstone and entered the park. HMS took great care of me and i would highly recommend that you use their services whether it is tours or airport transport.

Great tour. Well organised and well worth the experience. We were picked up promptly and started the tour on the Zambian side with Stazy and Veronica. Walk was about 90 mins. We then crossed the border to Zimbabwe ( seamless and effortless). We were met by Panache. She was knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She guided us through the various stops with lots of opportunities to get some amazing pictures. Great tour and it was a privilege to see this amazing and totally awesome place from both sides. I know which side I liked better purely due to the drama the falls created. A must do with great tour operator. Thank you

I chose the trip of VF cross border because I wanted the process in the borders to be smooth and with no hurdles. I was picked initially from my hotel in Livingstone in time, went right away to the Zambian side of the falls and enjoyed a 1,5h of tour. The weather was extremely hot and unfortunately the falls from this side didn’t seem to be boasting with water. Then I was accompanied to cross the orders (a procedure not hard but wilt long queues) and I met another guy on the Zimbabwean side of the falls. It took me another 1,5h ti admire nature’s majesty, since at this side the view was spectacular! I had the chance to have there guides (Ceasar and Alex in Zambia, Panashe in Zimbabwe) and a driver (David) all of whom were impeccable at doing their job as professionals. Thank you guys ! 💛
