  Viewing the falls was truly an experience of a lifetime. We took the guided tour which we all enjoyed and benefited from the information provided. The lunch was very good. The craft market had some lovely stuff but all the stalls seemed to be selling exactly the same. At the Zimbabwe border we had an issue of not enough cash for our visas and their card machines weren't working. If our guide hadn't lent us cash we wouldn't have got through. Ensure you have enough cash on you Visas were USD55 or BP770. Our guide was lovely, friendly and informative.

  Amazing experience! The guide was the best. The border crossings were made as easy as possible. The views and information were worth every penny. The Cafe was delicious.

• The falls was amazing and Clyde explain in depth many interesting facts of the falls. He seemed truly proud of the area.

  Had a good day. Clyde our guide was very informative and very knowledgeable on the area. Our issue was with the company that did the bookings. The administration at Viator was very disorganized and very difficult to get in contact with. They had us signed up for outings we were not aware of (and never gave the refund as promised) or they would send the guides late or for a different trip than we had signed up. for.

  We've been a couple of days in Kasane and took the opportunity to see the Vic-Falls for a day. The pick-up at the hotel in Kasane was easy, transport nice and comfortable, just a couple of minutes, smooth ride to the border with a handover to a Zimbabwean tour guide at the border. After approx 1h waiting at the border we finally made it. As it was October we were the only 2 guests of the day with the guide so it was easy to talk throughout the 1h drive to the Falls. He showed us the whole Falls and we really enjoyed the guided walk. Water level was low which is good for pictures as the lens is not washed away by all the spray. The lunch was very good quality and can be recommended, drinks to pay but thats ok. The market afterwards is for guys who know to negotiate - we didn't and made the dealer quite happy. As a recommendation, walk the market until you saw everything and compare the prizes. Do not buy at the most pleasant person as they know how to handle tourists ;-)
