  Seeing the Falls was as awesome as I had hoped. I'm so glad I went. Getting drenched in the spray was almost an added bonus. Highly recommended

  We recently visited Livingstone from 15th Jan to 22 Jan 2024 and we dicided to use Nekacheya Travel & Tours, that was the best decision we ever make.Everything was planned accordingly. Word of advice if you want a Tour company and you are not certain which one to choose, take my word go for NEKACHEYA ..Very organized, On time and put their clients first. I didn’t know them bt while brousing I came across with them, I first checked their reviews, I was so thrilled when I hear how do they treat their clients.Every individual is so special to them.They booked all our activities and all of them was so so AMAZING. From Oct Ive been communicating with Innocent while in SA, patient as he was he was able to answer all my concerns.At times I cud feel is like im too much bcus Im asking lots of things bt he went above and beyond. Our fist activity was a day trip to Zambia and Zim that was the best moment of our lives with my huby and my 3 kids. Their cars are so descent. We felt like royalties. Our driver Stephen yhooo that one is asset of the company, very kind and knowlegeble always go beyond our expectations.My kids cant stop talking abt him.Thanks so much uncle Steph for giving us 10 star service.Words cannot express how thankful are we for using Nekacheya.We also met Herbet for a short period very kind and intelligent.he was able to help us beyond we didn’t even expect that. Dj was so kind that he said my little girl can sit with him since it was raining bcus we were doing safari. The girl was happy bcus didn’t feel the rain.Very important Nekacheya gives very reasonable prices..At NEKACHEYA they are all kind in their unique ways, what I can say they have DNA of kindness, humanity, hospitality. SUNSET cruise was top notch.We felt so special..I heard ppl saying they been using them, that’s me whenever I visit Livingstone wil make sure I use them.Thanks Inncocent for organizing everything for us,We had a blast and we are coming back soon..   Best agency in Livingstone. We made 9 days, 3 in Hwange Zimbabwe with a wonderful game drive, 2 in Livingstone Zambia and visited Victoria falls from both side Zambia and Zimbawe beatiful experience and then 3 days in Chobe national park Botwana. Everything was excellet arrange by Innocent since the first contact by wats up. Go with them they will show the best of their country. They suggest us beatiful lodges with amazing location in the nature surrounding by lots of wild. Many baboons all around with calves i loved them.

  This was a fun way to discover the falls. Visited the different routes around the area and finished off at the infamous Victorian falls bridge. Highly recommended!! 😃

  Excellent experience. The team picked me up promptly from my lodge and before my tour, did me the favor of stopping by a pharmacy to pick off some headache medicine. The. Tour was nice and my guide was very attentive and knew just where to take the photos. I did not feel rushed, the pace was good Thereafter, they helped me coordinate a helicopter tour. They even checked up with me to make sure all was well. I’m a solo traveler so this tour met my needs. Fully recommend.

  What a delight it was to have found Nekacheya Travel & Tours. From my first conversations with Innocent right up until I had already left Zambia and returned home, all my dealings with him and his colleagues were superb. We did the following with Nekacheya: Airport shuttle on the day we landed in Livingstone, Day Tour of Victoria Falls, Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi, Full Day Tour of Chobe including Boat Cruise, Airport shuttle on day of departure. Every one of our interactions with them was brilliant. The tour guides were incredibly knowledgable. We were lucky to have met both Herbert and Jones, two wonderful men who looked after us so well. I cannot recommend this fantastic tour company enough. Their prices are brilliant, their service is impeccable and they are the among the nicest, kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. The care that Innocent showed us, even after we left Livingstone and were traveling elsehwere in Zambia was so appreciated. He checked on us and made sure we were okay on the rest of our travels which didnt involve him or his company at all. If you want the best treatment in Livingstone then use Nekacheya!!!!

  Had an amazing trip with this company, everything was so professional and all guides are super friendly and professional. Had Victoria Fall Tour , White rhino and safari. Beautiful country and people, definitely will come back again and explore more . A lot of thank you.
