2.00We were picked up from our hotel on time, however, the driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal and wrong airline. Even after I asked before departing the vehicle if we were being dropped at British Airways. Due to a knee injury during our trip, my ability to get around was limited and the extra amount of walking and navigating an unknown airport was not how I wanted to start my day at 5:15 AM. I reached out via the text confirmation about this situation and didn't hear back. Would not recommend.
