When we were charged and receive the confirmation, we printed everything we received. We found out at the door what we had was not the ticket. It was only when I went to the web site to contact you that I found the ticket was delivered to the “contact the vendor area” of the site. No other notices had been received previously. Horrible way to deliver your product.
