Unfortunately the location provided for the beginning of the tour was incorrect which led to several minutes of frustration asking others where to go (and clearly annoying them!). I hope this will be corrected for future tours. But the museum was excellent.

This was a good tour. Bring you own plug in earpiece if you have them but not necessary. The reason for the 2 star deduction was price. The same tickets are available at the museum for half the price we paid.

Lovely palace featuring Empress Sisi’s apartments and life. Loved it. She was a unique individual who also helped the Hungarians and was revered and crowned there.

What a lovely tour! The audio presentation provided just enough detail. The displays were beautiful. We loved the garden, as well.

It was great. We really like it. A little bit crowded. We had headphones. You can chose how long does the tour take.

The museum is very interesting, only towards the end of the tour there is no audio guide, but the showcases are signposted. Headphones must be brought, these must have a jack plug (no USB). But the audio guide can also be used without headphones, which is not so practical.

Booking tickets on Viator, you can access the Museum directly WITHOUT going through the ticket office (usually with long lines). Super recommended!

It is a very pleasant visit, apart from the entrance: a dark and narrow corridor, where it does not move and we are many waiting. I didn't understand the necessity of doing this path.
