5.00This private transfer is undoubtedly the ideal way to get from Vienna to Prague, especially for those who want to turn the journey into a tourist experience. The driver Tomás was extremely punctual, polite and professional. We left at the agreed time and followed to the chosen stop, Kutná Hora, where he took us first to the cathedral and then to the famous ossuário, giving enough time to enjoy each place with peace. After the visit, we were led to a great local food restaurant, which made the experience even more special and authentic. Then we continue the route to Prague in a comfortable and quiet way. It is a great alternative for those who want to see a different city on the way — we chose Kutná Hora, but there are other interesting stop options. I highly recommend it to those who travel in a couple and want comfort, flexibility and an enriching experience on the journey.

5.00I want to first say that the communication was superior with this organization. I like to plan in advance and they communicated with me every time I reached out. Tomas was our driver and he was AMAZING!! We made a stop on Cesky Krumlov which was spectacular. Truly amazing. Tomas knew all the photo and bathroom stops. He even found coffee early in the journey for us all. He was a great photographer and had so many good stories to share of places along the way. Even mushroom hunting in Czech Republic! So happy we booked and will definitely use again! Thank you!

3.00Let me first say that our driver was great. I do not blame him for our experience. He did a good job of salvaging a bad situation and was very apologetic. That situation was created by the operator of the company, who sent a compact sedan to pick up three travelers to go from Vienna to Prague. I'm sorry, but that is absurd. Unfortunately, I assumed a large vehicle of some type would be sent since it would be obvious we would need room for ourselves, our luggage, and to be comfortable. After I and the driver played Tetris with the luggage in his trunk to get most of it to fit, the remaining luggage and bags had to be put in the center of the back seat between my wife and daughter. Not acceptable. Once we were on our way, the drive was uneventful. We had elected to visit the Sedlec Ossuary, and that was cool, as were the other two churches in Kutna Hora. We then made our way to Prague. I'd hesitate to recommend this service. They need to improve logisitics in a big way.
