Different guides for the beach & actual kayaking—they use Fun Brothers company. Most time spent traveling. Only 1.5 hour at beach. 2 hours for dinner. And about 1 hour for the kayaking. Long day. Last ferry of the day. Ceiba ferry terminal has like 1 shuttle working for all the passengers. Good value for a full day at Vieques if short on time.

Booked a bioluminescent bay tour with Four Brothers Tour Agency, and it exceeded expectations; from clear, friendly communication and a safe, engaging guide and a magical display of glowing plankton. Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience . Five stars all around.

Everything was amazing from beach time, downtown, dinner, and mosquito bay for the bioluminescence kayak experience. Our tour guide was friendly provided delicious snacks and fruit for us. Definitely worth the experience.

It was a great full-day experience! Although it was on the pricey side, the cost of taxi-ing to Ceiba from San Juan, buying the ferry tickets, and taxiing around Vieques on my own would have added up close to, if not more than, the price on its own -- not to mention it was very nice not having to wait in the line to purchase ferry tickets at Ceiba terminal, or get around Vieques myself. We spent 90 minutes or so at Sun Bay Beach which was such a nice way to spend the afternoon before the sun went down, and our driver was so kind as to have some snacks and drinks for us there! The Bio Bay tour itself was such a unique sensory experience, and the stargazing was incredible -- David (our kayaking guide) gave us a laser show pointing out the constellations! Would highly recommend this to anyone who isn't able to spend the time staying overnight in Vieques.

Neytan was a fabulous guide. They picked me up from the hotel, brought our group to the ferry, had on island activities including tour and back to the hotel. We had the same guide the entire trip which was so helpful not to be passed between guides. He was accessible and helpful the entire time. It is a LONG day, follow the packing tips. They won't give you a pick up time until 4 pm the day before and mine was 3 hrs before the ferry departure. I was impressed with our Sun Bay stop. They provided beach chairs, drinks, fruits and snacks, it was a great stop. Dinner was on your own, I recommened reviewing options before departing, many restaurants were closed on my travel day, but there were plenty of options. I'd recommend this tour and any others with this organizer.

The beach and bio bay excursion are absolutely incredible! I can’t say enough about how in “awe” my family and I were during the bio bay kayaking. It truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience. The tour guide was very nice and the kayak guides were knowledgeable and friendly. While the experiences are great, they are only a few hours in total of your day. The rest of the time is spent traveling, waiting and there is a short dinner break. It felt like a very long day of being shuffled from one mode of transportation to the next. I feel like it could be made better by offering more snacks/refreshments throughout the day. Also, there isn’t access to a restroom at the beach stop and all of the facilities we used on Vieques were less than desirable. My family and I felt it was worth it for the experience but you really have to be ready for a long day.

The tour was well organized. But the actual kayaking part was a lt down. The Bio wasn't that bright bevause of the moon brightness which is fine I get it. But it was a hurry up and kayak over here and then listen to the guy talk for 40 mins then hurry up and kayak back. I wanted to kayak around the bay not listen to a lecture. Meanwhile I wanted as other groups kayaked all around the bay shore and I could see their tour guides pointing out things with a flashlight. But I must would have preferred more kayaking than just listening to information that im honestly not all that interested in. I was there to experience it not get the history of it.

Amazing. Loved the day at the beach. Vieques is a very cool place. The Mosquito Bay was fun. The moon was out so it was harder to see the bioluminescence but still amazing.

The bioluminescent was not at all how it was advertised. The beach we visited was beautiful and definitely had fun there. The lunch spot was not it though. Bring your own snacks or just eat somewhere else.
