  This was the only operator I could find that would arrange for a trip to Mosquito Bay on Vieques from the main island. Though the pick-up time on the website was different than in real life, this was not a major problem. The driver, Tito, was right on time as communicated the day before. The first hiccup was not the fault of the operator but of the ferry service. They moved our departure from 2 pm to 3 pm. Raphael, our guide, made arrangements for the group to go to a nearby marina to have dinner instead of on Vieques. Our second hiccup was that the operator they used on Vieques didn't have enough kayaks to accommodate the entire group, so 3 of us were relegated to a second operator. This proved to be an advantage since the company we were assigned to had see-through kayaks which added to the whole experience. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I would use them again if the opportunity presented itself.

  Unfortunately, it was expensive and disappointing. Just do a kayak tour it’s cheaper. The guide didn’t verify the ferry ticket time, and we lost 2 hours and the ability to do any of the early planned stops at the nicer beach and food choices. No one offered apologies or partial refunds. But the kayaking was amazing!

  Poor upfront communication with departure times. They did not contact me the day prior as the description said they would, and the pick up time was not made clear as I had been given several different times. However, after I was on the tour, it was a super enjoyable day!! Great guides and smooth transportation. They got me back to my hotel in Old San Juan by the end of the day making my trip logistics easy and the cost of the tour 100% worth it! The bioluminescent bay was incredible even on a day with a bright moon and definitely worth the trip out there!

  This is a well organized tour. The bio luminescent bay was an incredible experience. Our kayak guide was so knowledgeable (I can’t recall her name but she was amazing) and also showed us many constellations in the night sky. Our guide for the day, Rafael was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We also met some great people. Yes, it’s a long day but we saw so much and will have those memories for a lifetime.

  The logistics of this wonderful day/night trip were perfectly handled by Viator and their partners. Pick-ups and dropoffs were prompt, and drivers and guides were friendly and helpful by keeping us informed and prepared every step of the way. Sunbay Beach was a refreshing respite from traveling, and the Bioluminescent Bay was a marvelous adventure. I felt safe and assured. .

  Different guides for the beach & actual kayaking—they use Fun Brothers company. Most time spent traveling. Only 1.5 hour at beach. 2 hours for dinner. And about 1 hour for the kayaking. Long day. Last ferry of the day. Ceiba ferry terminal has like 1 shuttle working for all the passengers. Good value for a full day at Vieques if short on time.

  Booked a bioluminescent bay tour with Four Brothers Tour Agency, and it exceeded expectations; from clear, friendly communication and a safe, engaging guide and a magical display of glowing plankton. Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience . Five stars all around.

  Everything was amazing from beach time, downtown, dinner, and mosquito bay for the bioluminescence kayak experience. Our tour guide was friendly provided delicious snacks and fruit for us. Definitely worth the experience.
