Punctuality of service. However, the guide in Spanish was not adequate, although it is confirmed in the booking. We did not receive the same level of guidance as in English, they were brief comments and we had to report or clarify in each stage of the tour. This should be coordinated and guaranteed by the agency or failing that indicate that only the guide is in English and we as tourists decide which option to take. Puerto Rico has Spanish as its official language and it was a hassle for us.
