9:00 : Trekking to visit Lao Chai and Ta Van villages. Set out for an invigorating trek through the scenic Tả Van and Lao Chải villages. 8:30 AM: Our tour guide will welcome you at the Vietnam Adventure Tours office or pick you up at your hotel. We will then transfer to My Tho by Limousine van, a journey of approximately 1.5 hours. En route, we will visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, the largest pagoda in the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival in My Tho, we will embark on a boat trip along the Mekong River, where you can view fish cages and floating houses. The boat will take you through a small canal, offering a serene escape from the bustling town. The cruise will continue through a coconut tree-lined canal to Coconut Island in Ben Tre.

Mekong Delta

We will disembark to explore the village, visiting a local family home to enjoy tropical fruits, honey tea, and honey wine while listening to traditional Vietnamese music performed by the villagers. Next, we’ll stop by a village coconut candy shop to learn how candy is made and see handicrafts made from coconut trees. You’ll have time to stroll through the village, taking in the sights of fruits, flowers, local houses, and the vibrant community. Afterward, we’ll head to a local restaurant for a special Vietnamese lunch. Following lunch, you can relax, take a walk, or bicycle around the area. We will then return to the river ferry and head back to Saigon arriving around 4:30 PM.
