1.00This company first changed the tour I booked, then put me on a Spanish-speaking tour without warning. The worst part was when the tour was over at a winery where they dropped us off, they never came and picked us up at all! I had to pay for an uber to get me back. Do NOT book tours where Turistik is the tour operator. They are the WORST. Viator should not be affiliated with this provider. I complained and no action was taken. Worst tour provider ever.

The bus was comfortable and the driver Fernando was excellent The tour guide Alondra gave amazing info about Chile during the drive, and did well at navigating multiple languages to accommodate everyone on the bus You can make your own way to the winery and pay for your own tour - which would be cheaper - but this tour was a well organized, hassle free way to get there. Make sure to book directly with Turistik for the cheapest price, as third party websites charge more
