  This is going to be one long ass review because Luis deserves for me to talk about how amazing he is in full! My daughter and I are only 90 something or 100 days in here in panama. There's so much that we do not know. Part of what we did not know was the way that we sent some of our belongings. We didn't have to send them so that they would go through customs and go by boat and all of that, but you don't know what you don't know. So these are the last of our items and that's how they got sent here. We are still working on our Spanish so when it came time for us to pick up our stuff from Customs we were told by the freight company in the United States that we were going to have everything that we needed with the paperwork that we received after we finished paying them. So much not the way that happened! So even though we did not speak fluent enough Spanish to be able to translate and we're finding out that Google translate can get a lot of things wrong, we were very nervous about getting our stuff back successfully at customs. We asked for a guy that we knew that we would use before when we were here in March but he wasn't available. But that is why it pays to ask folks if they know someone that they Trust because if the person has treated you and indescribably wonderful ways, the people they refer you to probably will as well. That is exactly what happened for us! We were hoping just to have someone who was willing to stop so we could get cash to pay him, stop for lunch without charging us extra, and just not be rude or impatient with us on the way there or on the way back. What we got? What we got was Louis translating for us with the people at customs, going to pick up our items from the area where you needed a hard hat, checking and making sure that the items were not damaged before we left, loading them up into his vehicle, loading them up once we got back to our place, willingly stopping for cash without charging extra, not only stopping for lunch but finding us a place from one of his recommendations for lunch where we thoroughly enjoyed the food and thoroughly enjoyed his company! The bonus was that all the way there and all the way back we have the best conversations! He is kind, cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable, great with people, and just an all-around incredible person with customer service! We are working on some things right about now for a non-profit that I run and he does some work in the states if I'm not mistaken and we are trying to get him to do some driving service there for us as well. We will use him whenever we possibly can he is absolutely amazing! You will not be disappointed with Luis' services. We are so grateful that we were connected to him. I wish I could give him more than five stars!

  Great private transport. Luis is a true professional that is on top of everything. He is great at communicating with you prior to the pickup (like telling you exactly where to meet etc.), assisted with luggage, opened doors, and drove safely. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a VIP transportation experience.

  Luis was very Professional and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better driver. He over exceeded my expectations from communication at Airport pickup to drop off at our hotel, and is very knowledgeable about the city. His tour and food recommendations were spot on. I will definitely book with Luis and the VIP Experience on my next visit. AAA service!

  I had a great experience with VIP! I arranged transfer to and from the airport with them. They are professional and very easy to communicate with. They were flexible on changing the times of my hotel pick up when my flight was delayed.

  Luis and Marco were incredible. I got a message right when I landed and Marco was waiting for our family when we left the airport to bring us to our hotel. We had a lot of luggage and baby items and he was very helpful. Vehicle was new, clean and spacious! Luis provided my parents with a customized tour of the Panamá Canal, charging a very reasonable price for a half day outing. They were thrilled with how much they learned and the great time they had. I would absolutely recommend this company for your transportation needs in Panamá City! Book through them directly if possible.

  Luis was super professional on time and sending message before my arrive. I’m solo travel so I always trip to be safe, and Luis did just that amazing service (car was clean and smell good ) That’s for the ride .
