Our ferry company is the only ferry equipped with a VIP area, allowing our passengers the chance to cross the channel in total peace and quietness, seated in optimum comfort and assisted by our agents throughout the crossing. An A/C rest area equipped with all the necessary equipment to recharge tablets and cell phones.
The exterior deck, accessible only to VIP passengers remains available for a comfortable outside crossing.
A breakfast pack or home-made snacks will be offered and served to make this crossing even more enjoyable.

What To Expect
- Minimum of 2 guests per booking - Meet in front of the ferry company check in counter office 10 to 15 minutes before the ship's departure. - Get escorted from the docks to the TAPU LOUNGE (reserved for VIP customers) accompanied by a dedicated agent. - VIP welcome treatment on board - Access to the Tapu lounge (air-conditioned, reclining seat, wall-mounted screens, interior bar available) - Refreshments & snacks offered during the crossing. - Tapu bar opened during the crossing for extra orders. - Visit to the bridge (control rooms) accompanied by an agent. - On arrival, Tapu Lounge customers are escorted to the disembarkation area.

5.00This ferry is not a “fast” ferry but literally it’s a difference of something like ten minutes. The VIP Experience made an otherwise possibly stressful situation quite easy. We were met near the ticket windows with signs with our names on them and escorted directly to the VIP waiting area and then onward to the private VIP lounge aboard, where a welcome drink and snacks were served. We were also escorted off and accompanied until we had our luggage. They even helped us book our onward transfer to our resort on Moorea. Highly recommended. Tip : The ticket windows are not upstairs by the terminal restaurant and VIP lounge where you might expect, but downstairs at ground level, past the “right hand side” elevator and near the waterfront (facing the water). There is no appreciable signage. Take note of the name of the operator so you get to the right place.

4.00VIP is a must! Got to ferry early. No instructions to where to go to check in. But they found us and helped. Once we were in the right place it was great. Disappointed I could not get a Mimosa. Only had coffee, juice and soft drinks. Nice snack served.

4.00We were the only two people in the VIP room. The attendant was very welcoming and provided us with drinks and croissants. It is a very comfortable place. However for the short trip it is not worth the extra cost.

5.00The VIP ferry from Papeete to Moorea was very relaxing and highly recommend. One Area to improve is the exchange of the voucher for the tickets. Booth opening time to exchange was too close to departure time and was stressful. Otherwise all good.
