Start times are scheduled to change during high season.
We recommend shoes that you won't mind getting wet and muddy, that have a good grip and thick sole. Sneakers, water shoes or hiking sandals that cover your toes are the best option. Be mindful that sandals, flip flops, croces or slides are not allowed as it can be dangerous once wet or muddy.
** If you're traveling with a group but reserved your space separately, you have to notify us that you're together. The chances of being assigned to different tour guides are high, and changes can't be made on the day of the tour **
Safety is our priority, in order for you to enjoy the experience to its fullest we may have to slightly forward or delay your start time after reservations are made, to avoid heavy flow of people and betterment of the experience. The notification will be sent by email the evening prior the tour.
Pictures AREN'T part of this experience, if you'd like to bring your phone with you keep in mind you should have a waterproof pouch in order to protect it as it can get damaged during the excursion. Some guides will take pictures which they will share after the tour is done. It's not their obligation to send this pictures to you after you've parted ways
Participants with; Walking limitations, Overweight Issues, Permanent Injuries, Recent surgeries or not physically fit are NOT recommended as a good physical condition is required to complete this experience.
Pregnant participants CAN’T participate. To keep him/her safe we don’t allow expecting mommas on this tour as the terrain is uneven and slippery (muddy), therefore making it dangerous for you and your little one(s).
If you're using UBER services you can use "Deli Plaza Loiza (Norte)" **KEEP IN MIND we have no affiliation with Uber nor we have any way to change the location or the names in their systems. The name provided for the meeting point in Uber system can change at any point, confirm location through your map and the location of Norte Shopping Center, San Juan.

What To Expect
El Yunque National Forest
Hike El Yunque rainforest tour with award winning tour guides and do a 30 minute hike pure rainforest. We then visit a waterslide, 2 waterfalls, rope swings and cliff jumps. Learn of the history of the rainforest, it’s diverse flora and wildlife.

3.00We had a bus driver that prioritized his own entertainment over the safety of 40+ passengers. He was on the phone a majority of the time. He was either speaking to someone or looking down at his phone screen. He ran more than one stop sign and drove far too fast on narrow back roads. He wanted as little or no interaction with passengers even when they spoke Spanish. Our guide, once he warmed up did a fine job. We could use a little less condescending dialogue early on as we were asking questions. Whether or not we read the email thoroughly doesn't make speaking to patrons appropriate.
This is a MUST do in Puerto Rico!!

5.00If anyone is going to Puerto Rico this adventure is a must!! Charlie (our tour guide) treated us like royalty. He always made sure we were safe and gave us an unforgettable day! You have to remember you are on island time so the tour went longer than the time that was given. But Charlie was thoughtful and taught us so much about the Puerto Rican culture. I liked our crowd size of 12 so Charlie was able to answer all of our questions and help us on the hike. My recommendations for what to wear is athletic shorts and a tank top/swimsuit. Hiking shoes that can get wet and bring some dry clothes to change into. You can leave your belongings in the van. Everyone in our tour was kind and we helped each other when needed. The atmosphere was beautiful, I can’t really put it into words. You just have to see it for yourself! This tour is worth more than the price!!

5.00We had a wonderful 6 hour trip to El Yunque rainforest. Our tour guide Sebastian was super friendly and insightful and offered lots of interesting info as we walked through the rainforest. The walking, rock slides, and rope jump were great fun, and we finished with a pit stop at a roadside restaurant en route back to San Juan for a lovely Puerto Rican lunch. Would highly recommend! Many thanks to Sebastian for a great day out and for being an excellent tour guide!

5.00My husband and I went on the tour for our 20th anniversary It was one of the most amazing trips. We had the best time. Giancarlo was absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide his knowledge of the rainforest as well as Puerto Rican history was phenomenal Such a fantastic day thank you for everything. We will definitely be back and recommending to everyone.

5.00This was an amazing and fun adventure and Gian made it even better. He was a great guide and his humor and knowledge were super appreciated. The cliff jump and water slide were awesome. I wish the location was a little less crowded and we had more time to spend exploring though. Overall this was still one of our favorite things we did while in PR. I would recommend this whole heartedly and would do it again in a second. It was worth every penny! Thanks for making this day special Gian!
